Walgreens

This year I did the bulk of my Christmas shopping at the Walgreens. They had a great selection of gifts for my coworkers and stocking stuffers. I like the Walgreens because it's fun to shop there, as opposed to similar stores. The lighting is not too bright and it's not overwhelming. It reminds me of the old-fashioned "5 & 10" stores that used to exist. When I shop there I tend to linger. I've been going to the same one for over 10 years and the staff is always pleasant and helpful.

The store was eerily empty both for stock and for people. The staff was super helpful and nice. I would return just to deal with those kind of employees.

The prices here are generally pretty reasonable, especially compared to some other pricier convenience stores like CVS. Also, the staff has consistently been pretty friendly, in my experience. Very convenient place overall.

Doctor called in a prescription for my wife Friday afternoon now it’s Sunday afternoon and the prescription is still not ready……..that’s unacceptable and unbelievable.
