This store is clean (inside & out), well organized, pleasant store to frequent.

I don’t know if this is the one with minute clinic and the outdoor COVID testing. But CVS medical services are top notch! both were great, fast service, fast results, great communication through different mediums. Short wait if you keep to your appointment.

Solid discounts too if you’re into the toilet roll worth of cvs coupons, I’m not

Seriously do not like that there isn’t one cashier at any time during the times I’ve come! But the times I’ve actually had a CVS clerk before me, have been on point each and every time!!👣🍎

I like cvs but KEN the manager always seems to have a bad attitude with me
I now try avoid going inside only use the drive through pharmacy so I can avoid KEN because he has the worst attitude towards customers.

Really not much to say here…I’m not sure how the rest of the pharmacy operates, but the drive thru pharmacy operates incredibly slowly. This is the second time I’ve been here and I’ve waited over 40:00 min for my prescription. Only 4 cars were in front of me…that’s just too long.

I am changing my pharmacy back to the 24 hour in Irving. Far drive but I don't mind to NOT be treated like I am inconveniencing the people in the pharmacy. Seldom do I have a positive interaction with this CVS pharmacy.

It is unfortunate that the pharmacist does not possess people skills nor cares for the people's well-being like a health care professional should. Due to insurance issues I had to transfer my prescriptions to Walgreens and then later to Tom Thumb and both pharmacists reported that the CVS pharmacist will not answer the phone to have the prescriptions transferred. I had to go to CVS and ask the pharmacist to answer the next phone call which I then called the new pharmacy to call CVS. That was the only way I could get the pharmacist to do his job.

Scheduled routine flu shot visit. My confirmation was saved under my correct name, which I had the proof of. Somehow it was changed in their system to a similar name with a different date of birth and my address and phone number.
First of all, our appointment was set for 6:30 and we were not helped til 6:55.
Second of all, when explaining the name issue, the pharmacist was very rude, condescending, and would not stop interrupting me to tell me that wasn’t me, even though it had the same last name and address. I just ended up leaving when he turned around to go talk to someone else for 5 minutes. Disappointed and will be going to Walgreens.

Pharmacy need to be retrained IMMEDIATELY. The person working window could not find prescriptions for 2 customers...took 10 mins to find my bag and it hasn't been filled. Pharmacist gave away wrong medication to wrong customer. Yeah shut them down because they didn't want to work.

Zero stars (I had to put at least one). Do not send your prescriptions here! I went up to this CVS to get my prescription and they had me sit down while they got it ready. After 30 minutes I got up and asked when it would be ready. I was then told “oh actually we are out of stock”.

This place is horrible. I don’t even know how the pharmacy manages to stay open . They never have any medications ! and on top of all that the pharmacist is such a UGLY individual . Such a nasty attitude. You can literally hear in his voice how bad he hates his job. I WILL NEVER COME HERE AGAIN!

Not sure what has happened with this location it has taken me now 4 times to get something fixed on their system. I finally just came into the location to get it handled.Location has gone down hill trash everywhere and they simply don’t care.

People in the pharmacy tonight are as rude as can be. They must really hate their job. I'm speaking strictly the ones behind the pharmacy counter. I need to find another pharmacy.

My husband and I booked online a Covid vaccine at this location for 7:00 and 7:15 pm today. When we arrived we were told the nurse administering the vaccines called in sick. They had our names and phones numbers yet no one called us. The lady in the pharmacy who delivered this news was not the least bit apologetic. Extremely poor customer service!! We will never return to this CVS location.
