Walgreens

Stopped by to pick up some things around 8:15 pm and the store was closed. Please tell me this was just an usual event. If store is closing at 8 that is not a good thing.

This place is great I was having trouble they helped me quickly and were nice about it.

A decent convenience store that unfortunately doesn't seem to have the funding to "buy a vowel" so to speak. There is nothing particularly wrong with the store, but I'm always wary of an establishment that can't accurately display it's street side sign. Most recently of which when in searching for a replacement for the letter c to spell cosmetics they did use a "u" or even a "k"... They tipped over a "D" took a step back and went ehh close enough. Aside from from this seemingly consistent, albeit small character flaw, the shop is clean and the staff is more or less friendly and helpful. At the end of the day it is a middle road Walgreens with big city Walgreen aspirations.

It took awhile for the cashiers to come to the front of the store while checking out. I had to personally retrieve one of them before anyone came.

Not friendly at the checkout. When you say thank you to someone, they should say something back. No problem is better than being ignored.

I've had so many issues just refilling my prescription that has been the same for many years. They even refilled it with the wrong amount. Had I not noticed I would have been out half of my meds. The person behind the glass acted as if she couldn't do anything about it. Finally suggested that I cancel it and put in back in again. Horrible customer service. The latest round of issues was that my prescription all of a sudden would have to be filled at a specialty pharmacy. Needless to say I'm switching. These meds are essential to my life. Customer service has continued to go down hill. Unconcerned staff and not knowledgeable.

You guys need to change your online hours. According to Google walgreens on silver lane close at 9pm on Saturday! But Shows that there open till 11pm! Update please

For an electric wheelchair, it's not easy to maneuver around at all.
Too much clutter and displays for me to even try to go deeper into the store to get what I need.
The shopping carts were just rolled over towards the direction of where they're supposed to be. I had to push a cart out of my way as soon as I got through the front entrance!!!
NOT PLEASED at all!!!
Walgreens is NOT the place to go if you're wheelchair bound and in this age EVERY STORE should be

Employees are not wearing mask properly..they wear mask woth the nouse out the mask or completely out the mask
