As a frequent visitor to various smoke shops, I’ve had my fair share of experiences. Every time I stop at Star Zone it is a positive experience, but the latest encounter at Star Zone Smoke Shop really emphasized why I know they are special. Picked up a product that I thought might be faulty, likely a manufacturing glitch. I went back, not really expecting much. Kudos to them, they replaced it without any fuss. They didn’t have to, but they stepped up, no questions asked. That’s solid customer service right there. They’ve got insane inventory, they’re honest in their dealings, and they carry quality products. Definitely the go-to place for smoke shop needs, 11/10 every time!

The people who work here are very nice. They are friendly, helpful, informative and they are always willing to give you the best deal possible. They sell a wide variety of cool stuff and I enjoyed my shopping experiences both times I went there.

Great tobacco and paraphernalia shop! The staff is super great and easy to talk to. Met Chris today, and dude was such an amazing and friendly salesman, with such high energy, I went in there planning to spend $15, and ended up walking out over $80 lighter! We'll put together shop, tons of cool stuff, and Chris was really patient with me about answering all my questions about CBD, since I've been thinking about trying it out for my chronic back pain and insomnia. All in all, great experience, and would definitely recommend!!! Am going back for SURE!!!

I drive by 3 other smoke shops to get here because know I am guaranteed to get what I need when I go there.

I had been on the hunt for a Puffco Peak and was unable to find one local or online. I remembered this gem from a while back and gave them a call, to my luck they not only had what I was looking for but also a few accessories. I see why my buddies kept telling me to check it out.

They had a multitude of other choice of vapes and other items in the shop all at a more then reasonable price. Chris and the other gentlemen that work there are awesome. If you're looking for a place to get your vape or any other item where you don't have to wait or doubt your go to will have it in stock, then this is definitely the place for you.
