Absolutely awesome! Family owned business? Awesome. Friendly, suggestive sales? Awesome. Products are awesome as well. I make routine visits and can't get enough of the place. The atmosphere and energy is just hands down awesome! If I didn't have a loaded schedule, I'd hang out with the staff there and just chill.

I was shopping at Ace Hardware next store to this new smoke shop and looked over, saw it was open, and thought "hey let's go take a look." I fell in love with the store the second I walked through the door. Well, I am very happy I did because apparently the vape world has changed in a great way to now see the benefits of CBD products and other edible products that are amazing. There was a lady there named Nicole who was very interesting and unique, and I found her to be so down to earth, not to mention very personable. I will most definitely be coming back again.

all the staff are very welcoming, laid back, and always ready to help you find exactly what you’re looking for. Good prices and hours, clean, organized. My favorite place to go hands down. Special shout out to Damon and nicole who bring nothing but good vibes and energy making me want to go back more everyday

Poor business practices! They consistently open at least 15 minutes late in the morning, I've stopped numerous times in the morning after 9 am and they're still closed. Tonight, I arrived at 7:48 pm and the guy had JUST locked the door as another customer was leaving, and refused to serve me, when the posted hours say til 8 pm on Sunday.

I used to like this place, but I'm increasingly displeased with their service lately and will be taking my business back to Oshkosh. The current staff also aren't very friendly. They tend to rush customers and genuinely seem annoyed by their job.

Pretty disappointed in this place lately. Was excited when a vape shop opened in Ripon but very displeased when they don’t carry accessories for products they sell. I bought a new mod from them, then when I needed to upgrade my batteries for it, they don’t sell them. Now I just bought a new tank from them (because they don’t sell just the glass piece for the tank I originally bought from them), then time came were I needed coils for the tank I purchased from them, they don’t sell them. Then they suggested I get a new tank because it comes with 2 coils. Sorry but I’m not buying the same tank again just for the coils in the package. Stock the coils, plain and simple. I’ll just continue going to Oshkosh. Shame

Spent almost 30 bucks to buy a vape that wont charge just for them to tell us we can not exchange it because it was it was not same day!!!! Mind you we didn't find out it wouldn't charge till 3 am this morning!!!!!
We have exchanged them in the past without any issues!

Stepped in while on a road trip, and don't recommend. Seems like a bunch of kids and drama. Left after I heard them talking about another employee.
