Older Kum and Go, clean but doesn't compete with new convenience stores on hot food

The lady was very rude, rushing, and unclean. She looked as if she had been playing with charcoal and hadnt sleeped in a few days. I understand if she hadnt have slept. Im the same way

Line was long & hot chocolate & cappuccino machines were empty on my visit.

So please explain to me how the manager on site claims he can't refund my car wash when it broke and dumped soap on my car and stopped.
How can you not be able to refund people for YOUR machine on your property? What kind of store claims they have no way to refund car wash payments. And he was kinda a jerk about it. Like I was irritating him omg I'm so sorry for asking for a refund when a car wash is 9$! I won't use any kum and go stores any longer. I've always thought they have a stupid name now it fits their attitude towards guests.
