I brought in a pair of shoes without a receipt that I needed to be exchanged. Bryan at the Broken Arrow store was very helpful. He exchanged them for me for store credit and even ordered me a new pair of shoes from the store so I wouldn't have to pay shipping. He really went the extra mile. I had a great experience. I shopped online to make a purchase but when the shoes arrived they were too small. They had a similar one in stock so I went in to exchange, very quick and helpful. I will definitely return to do more shopping.

So far my experience at Dick's has been exceptional. I have been in this store before for various items before but just recently I needed some golf clubs rewrapped and a driver repaired. I met a gentleman by the name of Charlie in golf. He was very professional, knowledgable, and helpful with the new grips I needed plus promised me they would be done by the end of the day. He called me later that afternoon for pickup. They turned out great and I'm back on the green once again. I don't know why other previous reviews/experiences from others were negative but so far it's been great for me. I will be back.

Nice place. I was helped right away as soon as I walked in the door and directed right where I needed to go. Asked for help with clearance section and was treated as if I was paying full price, no discrimination for being on a budget. Highly recommend.

I went in this morning and spoke to the gentleman in the golf equipment area. He was very helpful, he had a lot of knowledge on the clubs I was looking at as well as the area for new golf courses to try out!

I've never been too fond of sporting goods stores, but I really like this one. They have good sales. The store setting is nice. The store is clean and organized.

Great customer service we took my daughters softball glove to be fixed the gentleman fixed it while we were shopping and was very friendly I’ll definitely go back when it’s time to purchase another glove!
