I was searching for a Caribbean market to support and purchase from after being on the Next Door and wanting to check out other Carib stores.

I provided the 4-star ratings being my purchase of few produce (avocados 🥑, tomatoes 🍅), mostly sauces/spices, snacks, and some juices was $74.82!!! Insanity. Maybe it's inflation or the trickling recession still but that's insane especially when I didn't order any seafood or big bulk items...

IF I go next time I'd order my seafood, a few juices, spices, and avocadoes. Maybe that will make the 35 min trip more worthwhile 💯.

However, I loved seeing the characteristics of an ethnic market store: rice bags, packed shelves, lots of accents, and Caribbean brands I recognize (especially Jamaican brands 👏🏾💚🇯🇲😁!) Hopefully the store is Black-owned, I'll just say that. With that being said please HIRE cashiers of deeper skin tones and diverse backgrounds too. Don't just hire the lightskin Latinx ladies!

It is one of my go-to places for authentic Caribbean ingredients. They offer a great selection of seasoning, drinks, the freshest seafood, and coveted oxtail that you can have cut to your desired size. You can also purchase salted and unsalted pig feet, tail, ect., salted fish, mackerel, and red herring. It is truly a one-stop shop for all of your grocery needs. I always feel a bit of nostalgia seeing the foods I grew up sharing with family and friends. It's worth the visit.

As a Trini I willingly drive an hour here for a taste of home and ingredients of home. If people don't like it here I promise you they aren't Caribbean. I would take the negative comments with a grain of salt. If you know, you know. We like the prices. My grandma who is also Trini loves it here. West Indian granny approved.

I love going to the Caribbean market, I can always find my favorite curry, root vegetables, and things that I miss from home. My children also like coming here, to see and smell the fresh foods.

I dive 30 minutes to this store every month because that are the most robust Caribbean market in the area by far! You won't be disappointed!

It was my first time going. They have a lot of good items. I was happy to see the spices I like for Jerk Chicken. I will definitely go back.
Also, they have my coco bread, so I was happy.

I was amazed of their inventory of merchandise. Plenty of different seasoning, sauces and groceries. They have an assortment of seasoning that are very hard to find in my area. Such as Chief seasonings.

I cook Guyanese with an American twist and this store is my family's first choice for West Indian grocery and cuisine. This store supplies the salt fish ,green bananas, and what we cook for holidays. We get the spices and other condiments for everyday meal making. They carry familiar WI brand products.

Small pot packed with plenty flavor, just how it is in a caribbean kitchen. Everything you need to make a meal to take you back home is all in one place. Always my go-to spot for hard to find ingredients

I love this place! This is my second time visiting this market, and I love it. I found some Ginger Extract here and I love it too. I purchased two bottles of it and I am going back to get me four more.
I saw some other things I want to try and I am going to get them too id they have any. I am going to try some ox tails. I never had them, but I hear a lot of people talk about them.
They sell cooked foods also, so I tried their Jamaican Beef patties, and I was impressed with the quality of the crust. They were not hard, dry, or crumbling.

They also sell music CDs, jewelry, soaps, fresh fruits, and lots of juices and drinks.

It's not a large market, so there is not a lot of walking to do your shopping.

They take cash, credit cards, and SNAP!
