The store manager and the staff are so very welcoming! They are both professional and friendly! The manager makes me feel as if I am the most important and valued customer of her day!

As usual the Suisun UPS always makes the process quick and easy. Mari and Ryan were super knowledgeable , helpful, friendly and professional…. Even going as far as taking care of something as simple as bubble wrap for me. With everyone trying to Nickle and dime you these days, it was a welcome gesture… one which they did not have to do. I will definitely be doing more business with the store in the future

Excellent…excellent…excellent customer service! The notary at the UPS store by my house in Fairfield left at 5pm. 😥 I called the Suisun UPS at 6:12 and the notary said she was leaving in 10 min. 😥 I begged her to stay. She said she’d stay another 10-15 min. 😲 GPS said I would get there at 6:32 pm. 😥 My Hubby got there before me because he was closer & she said she’d stay until I got there. I was so elated & grateful. 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽

I rent my mailbox here because my apartment complex cannot safely protect my mail from being stolen. The owners/managers are very personable & staff is also very personable. They are usually very busy & when I come through the door they usually greet me by name. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED FOR ALL THEIR SERVICES!

They are always very nice and helpful here. Raja is great and I never have problems bringing all my returns or pick ups here. They have even helped me with my live scans I needed for work and I was in and out really quickly.

I get all my packages sent here because of porch pirates so I am here every week. My man Raja spots me in line and knows me by name and has my package ready before I can even sign for it! What more can you ask for with service like that? Always great customer service! 10/10 highly recommend!

The notary here is amazing. She was extremely helpful for my livescan fingerprints and explained how to get the copies to the board of nursing (they can fax them for you!). I really appreciated it!
