I come here all the time and have never been unhappy with either the service or the selection.

They have a lot of flavors and hardware and a nice relaxed vibe.

Usually come in durring the day and been coming in at night due to a new job and the man on night shift is outstanding. Both times I've came in he's mixed me up two amazing juices on the spot and even remembered me from the first visit. Excellent customer service from that man. Night shift for sure over shadows the morning/afternoon workers

The employees are great here!! They are willing, & able to help you with questions about anything. I have never felt hurried or stupid, no matter how many questions I have, about different vape equipment. I highly recommend both Zanesville shops, to any level vaper, who wants to be treated right!!

Update: Sometimes the staff here can be a little condescending but prices are still good. My motto is, get my stuff and get out.

They're always so cool nd helpful, i went in there not knowing what a ATOMIZER was, and they educated me completely, i love my mod nd i donno his name but th ginger guy tht works there needs a raise real quick XD

Prices are good, service is amazing, and I would like to suggest their loyalty card. I went in to get a coil pack for my tank and used points off of my loyalty card and it only cost me $0.04

Friendly, helpful staff. Good selection, great price and quality of in house vapor juice. You MUST try their house juice flavor "Damn Daniel". It is excellent!

I have been to quite a few vape shops in the past few months and this place is by far the best. He is very knowledgeable and his juices are the best tasting. Very smooth, not harsh.
