Dutch Bros Coffee

Not only is the coffee amazing, but the service was excellent! The girl that was taking my order ( I believe her name is Jackie) was so good at customer service. She made conversation with me throughout the whole process and gave me compliments that made me feel at a safe and fun environment! I would definitely go back.

My recent visit to Dutch Bros was exceptional, thanks to Jackie H's outstanding service. Jackie greeted me warmly, took my order with precision, and ensured my drink was perfect. It was my first time visiting Dutch bros in Weslaco and I had no idea of what I wanted to order. The girl who took my order, Jessica, recommend me various drink options to order and to try out in the future despite the scorching heat. She attended to me in a positive attitude and I am definitely a regular because of her!

I finally decided to try Dutch Bros after having it recommended to me for a while now. During my experience Jackie was extremely helpful and welcoming! She even recommended me a drink which I absolutely loved. The overall atmosphere was amazing and also very pleasant. Can't wait to go back again!

I was having a HORRIBLE day and I decided to try Dutch bros coffee after some girl that works at Dutch recommended I should while she was being a great A+ student at her school. Her name I believe was Jackie, she was the sweetest! I showed up to Dutch bros and Jackie per usual has the BIGGEST smile ever, she gives off the welcoming vibe and is an overall great hard worker! Way to go Jackie!

To be honest, I didn’t think I would enjoy my first experience at Dutch Bros as much as I did I usually choose to stay away from coffee places unless I can guarantee the coffee will be great. But thanks to Jackie. I believe I found my new favorite spot not only was she welcoming But she was also patient and kind on top of all this. I love the recommendations she gave to me thanks to her I can 100% say I will be visiting Dutch Bros as much as I can, and I will be recommending it to everyone who hasn’t tried it overall 10/10 experience

Yo on top of the absolutely astronomically delicious coffe that can get me pumped and going through the day, the service was absolute top tier, I cannot express this enough how they excelled in staying efficient. Lastly I need to point out the fact that Jackie was bursting with personality, she was sweet and caring and didn’t fail to put a smile on my face. Overall 10/10 experience, wayyyyy better than Starbucks and Jackie should definitely be considered in the works of a raise👀

My 5 star experience was absolutely phenomenal the service was like no other, atmosphere was super jolly, and most importantly the food was absolutely out of this world! The girl who took my order was Jackie and she had the most open personality! Best coffee shop experience!

My first experience getting Dutch bros I found the customer service was exceptionally great and as I was in line I found an employee by the name of Jackie to be super helpful in helping me decide on a drink to get. She helped me discover the caramelizer which is my to go every single time I go. Great service would love to go again!!

When I was in line for drive thru, a girl asked me “what’s my favorite song” and then we proceeded to have a convo about our favorite artists! She sung to me and honestly have never had such an experience like that at a coffee shop. Jackie is super sweet and easy to talk to, will definitely come back and hope to see her there!

I had never been to dutch before so I did not know what to expect at all. I had heard so many great things, the first day I went an amazing broista named Jackie helped me find a drink I loved (golden eagel!) as well as just being an amazing bubbly person! The customer service and time spent making my drink was great! I had no issues and I will look forward to attending Dutch Bros again thanks to Jackie :)!

I love this new location that is closer to my work! The staff is so friendly and Kimberly at the window is the best! She hooked me up with stickers (which I love!!)! So happy this location is finally open!!

OMG OMG OMG! I’m from minnesota and there’s no coffee shop called dutch bros here. This was my first time trying and OMG was the coffee good not only that but service was exceptional! The girl who took my order Jackie literally had the whole menu memorized and recommend me some drinks to try! Never experienced a drive thru place as this one. The vibe, the music, the employees are just special. Jackie treated me so well while taking my order she’s real funny and can make anyone laugh!

Awesome service! Kurt took my order and gave me advice on how Oat milk makes your coffee more creamy!…. SO I took his suggestion because I have severe dairy issues! Best coffee I’ve ever had ! THANK YOU KURT !

From cotton candy shakes to Iced Golden eagles to Chai lattes, I have never had a bad drink in any of my experiences. Absolutley enjoy the drive thru, its something we don't have here in weslaco since most coffee shops are walk ins. The people here are incredibly friendly and outgoing never met individuals so uinique. If I had to describe the place in one word it'd be charasmatic! The last times I've visited I have met this girl named Jackie, she always has the freshest reccomendations! Everyone must go meet her!
