Loved the staff! When seeing a group of people 2-3 days a week that will be helping you recover from an injury, I think it's important that you work with great people. Next, they helped me build strength in my lower back and taught me many exercises I can do at home to keep my back healed.

I was in a car accident in September 2021that left me with a hurt hip and shoulder. I have been at benchmark for PT through a significant hip surgery which they have taken me from unable to walk without pain and unable to put full weight on my leg to almost completely back to normal function (still attending therapy). I just had shoulder surgery and will also be using them for my shoulder once released for therapy from my doctor. The staff is personable and knowledgeable. I consider the staff more than just professionals but friends. They have shown compassion and understanding throughout my time there. I will be making referrals to any of my friends and family that are recommended for PT.

Benchmark Physical Therapy in Bremen is great! The whole staff is very professional and the establishment is very clean. I also love how they keep an upbeat atmosphere. Highly recommend to anyone needing PT And if I need to go back I will definitely request to go back here.

Usually when think PT, u think pain! However, I wont say their will not be pain , but the experience will be pleasant. Yele and his crew are amazing and professional. Although its an open floor therapy; you get a personal experience. They keep u laughing and engaged in convo. I wish I had a lifelong appointment lol! Enough rambling and about my pain. When I started I could barely walk my feet hurt so bad abt a 20 at the end of my PT Im probably at a 6. So it was very efficient for me! Thanks Benchmark Bremen crew!!

First time I hurt my back, my doctor sent me to another pt group. It took them over 6 weeks to get me to walk straight again. And my pain was there for months. The next time I got hurt it was recommended that I see Benchmark and Yele was my pt. He had me walking straight within a week. My pain was gone fully within 3 weeks time. I also saw him for my migraines. He did a fantastic job showing me how to do the correct stretches for helping me manage them. I am all the time recommending them to others.

From the first phone call until I left this morning I have been treated with the best care I could ever ask for. The first time I walked in the door my pain level was at least a 9 and I am now at a 2. I have been given the tools I need to continue to improve. I would definitely recommend this practice and I will definitely use them again if the need arises. Thank you Yele for helping me get back to some normalcy in life.

Yele is kind and caring, yet professional and respectful. If you’re a female and you’re concerned about a male PT, you’ll feel very comfortable with Yele. He’s very respectful and always asks permission when treatment requires him to be in your personal space. And the rest of the staff is friendly and make you feel welcome.

I have nothing but great things to say about this facility, the employees and it's Clinic Director, Yele. My daughter has had several sessions there for her shoulder and it has helped tremendously! The staff is very professional and makes you feel at home. Thank you Benchmark!

I was ordered physical therapy after I sustained fractures in my foot in a car crash. The staff at Benchmark we're great. They were personable and structured my care around my injury so I could regain mobility and strength. I recommend them over other physical therapy that I have used in the past.

My experience there was not the run of the mill in and out routine. Do what the tell you to do every day, believe it or not they can tell. Because I did my homework the staff didn’t waste my time in the office repeating some of the same exercises they asked me to do at home.
I asked to be pushed (challenged), they carefully monitored my progress and gave me what I asked for.
I was apprehensive but tried the tele-health option. I was fortunate enough to have access to a gym at work. Through the MedBridge app Yele was able to utilize the equipment I had at my disposal to enhance my therapy sessions. It was like having a personal trainer on site. I will continue to use the techniques and exercises I learned as part of my warm up routine.

As with any physical therapy program do what they ask you to do every day. You as an individual are responsible for your own well being and recovery. OWN IT!!! Hard work pays off. Wake up everyday with a plan for recovery and own it.

The place is extremely clean and the atmosphere is very upbeat. Yele and Lance both pushed me hard but never overdid it. Both therapists were very caring and listened to my needs. I would definitely recommend this facility and will choose to go back should there be a need. 😃

I was in a car accident that injured my neck and shoulders. I started with Pain of 7 out of 10. I was extremely limited in range of motion in my neck with constant muscle spasms in my shoulders. After the care of my therapist, Yele, I was able to leave physical therapy comfortably with minimum to no pain. Kim always assured that I had appointments, since I would drive an hour from work. 5 stars is the least I could do for the Bremen Benchmark staff. Thank you!

I was in physical therapy for my injured shoulder (torn rotator) from December 2021 to May 2022. Dr. Omidina and his staff (Makayla and Bailey) are the BEST. In the beginning I thought I would never get thru this and be able to function again but with their patience and skilled instruction I believe I am actually better than before surgery. I highly recommend BenchMark in Bremen to help anyone recover from injury. They are “Family” now!

the therapist is great he knows what he is doing. I have come a long way since I have been going there. after falling 36ft off of a roof I had 9 broken bones and he help me learn how to walk again. I can't feel my left foot and I thought it was going to be so hard to walk on it because in my mind I was like how do you walk on something you cannot feel? but sure enough he showed me a few simple things and the next week it was no problem. then he helped strengthen both feet and legs. now that he has approval he is helping strengthen my core to take some of the weight off my spine where I had surgery twice

I have been going through a roller coaster of emotions with my accident and they were right there every step of the way to help with my recovery process.
