I stopped by your store in the loves truckstop yesterday. I just wanted to throw it all away. Even the biscuit tasted horrible. Like it was old. The chicken was dry. The tenders were. I don’t know what to say about them. All the food seemed like it was the previous day, old and dry

The chicken was dry hard and nasty the Mac and cheese was crunchy and the biscuit you can break a window. The wedge's was so hard even my dog didn't want it.
my dinner was ruined horrible place to eat at and the service sucked never again

Awful experience, I ordered my food and when it was finished they cooked me the wrong item. When I mentioned this to the employee he got angry and tossed my food on the floor.

I'm giving the food one star because it probably didn't not taste like what I ordered as well as the employee giving my food some floor seasoning.

I'm never eating here again! Certified yucky style!

Overpriced food and rude employees. I've tried three times since they opened, and it's been the same issues each time. Employees unwilling to explain the menu, out of items, but won't do substitutions even if item is lesser/equal value ( wing instead of thigh or leg). Would give 0 stars if I could. Won't be back.

Closes at 10 went in at 930 and they only had spicy chicken and wedges to sell. Nothing else. Wouldn't sell anything else. Well I went to the gas station.
If i could review without giving a star i would.

Employee young kid named daniell in his shirt i aks for dressing he say not have i ask for salsa he say dont have when he give 6 peaces of chiken tenders whit out combo $19.56 dollars just for the 6 chiken tenders whit 20 dollars i can eat at tapatio chiken plate whit beans rice salad and soda crackhead kid daniell

Lady at the counter was on her cell phone, and not too happy to answer my questions about the menu. When I place my order for gizzards, she told me it’s going to take 15-17 mins to cook the fresh gizzard. I told her I’ll wait, and she let out a deep breath, like she has to work now. Was also rude when I ask for honey for my 6pc biscuit. Not even a thank you or have a good day. :(

Got a chicken sandwich. Couldn’t eat it. The bun was soggy, flat and stuck to the wrapping. Chicken was dry and chewy.

They have mold under their fridge and fire people for not teaching them how to do their job
