This place is HUGE, with more things than I ever imagined. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Some unique finds. If you're looking for anything related to Christmas, you need to stop in. Give yourself a couple of hours. They are constantly adding things.

OH MY GOODNESS! Karm Christmas outdid themselves this year! I wish I got more pictures of how much merchandise they have, but you will just have to see for yourself!

Always a pleasure to shop at KARM stores. the Christmas store will take you on a walk down memory lane. Offerings plentiful of many things. With thrift shopping, you never know what you're going to find. Great to see this space being used again. It sat empty for so long.

The store decor was better than usual. Alot nicer than in the past.

Huge selection, friendly staff....fun shopping

It has a lot of variety but is very expensive. I noticed new ornaments in boxes or recent ornaments (not vintage) priced more than the original sticker on the box. I also saw ornaments from hallmark that I know are given free when you have a coupon but where being sold for 7.99.

Way over priced - before Christmas. Go in January and get great deals. (Seems to me if they lowered their prices they could shut down the Christmas store earlier, cut operating costs, increase profit, make customers happy and more numerous.)

Went here after work super excited to check out the new Karm ! My family and I are big karmers !! First of all we weren’t even greeted ! Instead I over here a lady say “ someone wanna tell those people who just walked in that we are closed ?” So a nice gentleman ( he’s not the problem ) walks up and lets me know they are closing in 8 mins. So I figure I have a good few minutes I just wanted to check out the shoes since I need some new shoes for work. Only to be met by another female employee ( same voice as when I walked in ) and after being told I have 8 mins ). Who rudely walked up and told me if I “ wasn’t paying at the register at this moment I needed to leave , they close in 1 minute and if I’m not out in 1 minute they will lock the doors ! “

1) I was literally just told 8 mins. And was gonna look at shoes and leave within those minutes

2) isn’t this a “ Christian based store “ and THATS HOW YOU TALK TO YOUR CUSTOMER ?!

3 ) don’t Ever threaten a customer who was well aware of the situation

This could have been handled WAY BETTER THAN IT WAS. And is a disgrace to Karm stores. Never have I EVER had to deal with the rude I was handed by an employee at Karm. This was unacceptable.

Will not be back to this location. And def don’t recommend this location! There are many many more karms that treat their customers with a lot more respect. Shop at those ! This was a horrible experience. Employees like her really don’t need to work for your company. Something needs to be done. So sad

DO BETTER KARM 😡

Very disappointed. The one off north Peter's was cozier and had a lot more stuff. This one had barely any kids stuff like the other one used to. People are rude. Pushing you out of the way to find vintage things. We get it but for broken ornaments 6 dollars is a bit steep. Hardly any Disney stuff for kids for Christmas. It just didn't give off a good feeling. Go buy new.
