I have to say I have been having trouble with the Post office lately. But today when I called about a problem for a priority package I sent on the 9th (was supposed to be delivered by the 12th) I ended up speaking with a woman named Beverly Anderson. She was so very helpful. I gave her the tracking number and she explained what may have happened to the package, where it was at that moment and then offered to call the post office it was at to see if they thought it would be delivered today. She called me back after speaking to them and she explained that they did not know yet as they were still sorting but that she was going to call them back in 30 minutes and she would then call me with an update. This to me is customer service! I feel she is going above and beyond and making sure my package arrives and that I know what is going on. There was a similar situation that occurred in a San Antonio post office and they did not begin to be as helpful as Ms. Anderson was. I appreciate her service and I hope when she calls me back she will be telling me that my package is delivered.

I don't care where you live, THIS post office is worth the drive! they are super friendly and beyond efficient. I recently went to renew my passport and they made the entire process easy! they also take better passport photos than cvs or walgreens. they know what they're doing at this location and they don't give you the runaround or a hard time (like a lot of government offices in hinds county!)

The entire staff at this branch are very friendly. The service is always fast and I enjoy the how they remember my name from one visit to the next. Joey is my favorite postal representative. He always greets me with a smile and speedy service.

BRI at one of the front counters is super kind and helpful! Her attitude is GREAT! Please never let her go :)

I went to get an passport , didnt understand the procedure and the custodian was nice and explained eveything to me as it was Covid-19 going on and took all safety procaution.Very thankful.

The clerk was friendly and eager to assist with my issue.

For USPS the Pearl location is great. Nice employees and normally not a long line.

When I went, it was not very busy, and I didn't have to wait very long. The clerk was nice and helpful.

This is the big main post office downtown. It is the main headquarters of all the post offices in the state.

I give five stars for being open on Saturday!!!!
