The clerk and manager went OUT OF THEOR WAY during this snow storm to rummage through all the mail in the back, find my packages and give them to me. This is NOT something they had to do, but did anyway. I am thoroughly grateful for them going beyond the mere bare minimum of their jobs to help me out. The manager was also leaving to go deliver mail A after the ice storm we had!!
It is easy to not want to give these people a break and I’m the most guilty, but on this day, they outperformed expectations!

i needed a new lock and key for my mail box at my apartment in pearl the Manager at the Pearl Post office came out to my apartment right then same day as i asked they followed me over to do it.

I used to work for the postal service (not this one) and I know how hard they do work. I'm giving this post office a 4 star only because I have called them numerous times letting them know that whomever delivers my mail on Saturday likes to pretend no one is home and leaves a pink slip in the box and takes off. Now, the regular mail person knows someone is here at all times. So we have no problems when he delivers the mail. Only the person who is delivering when he is off.

My regular carrier is great but her sub is either untraceable or stubborn and careless every time he runs he leaves my mailbox open and I have ask that only mail addressed to SAXTON to delivered to my box and when the sun runs I get all kinds of people mail
I have had a stroke and can’t walk around the neighborhood redileivering his mistakes. It is terrible that we are held hostage by this government manopoley

My last 11 packages have all been late. It's like they get the package and hold it a few days then decide, meh I'm bored let's deliver this one today instead of 5 days ago when it was due .
