The UPS Store

This is the only UPS store I use. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and informative. There is hardly ever a wait, but if there is an additional staff member will come out and help. I usually have the young girl unfortunately I don’t know her name or sometimes her mother, but they are very friendly and nice, but as I said, everyone in the store is as well. it is always a great pleasant experience!

Hands down...the very best service available. Special shout-out to Cameron and the whole team. They go above and beyond. On a recent visit, there were concerns about the return(s) I was making through Amazon. Cameron helped me resolve the concerns, step by step, and I cannot say enough kind words about how helpful he was to solve the issue from start to finish...all done with a smile on his face. THIS IS A GREAT spot for your shipping and printing needs.

Best UPS I’ve ever been to; everyone there is always super friendly and helpful and even if there’s a long line (rare) they are so quick and it’s never a long wait. The owner and Natalie are fantastic and always make me smile- I recommend this location for all of your printing and shipping needs :)

Excellent customer service, prompt responses, friendly and many more... Both owners/operators are always there for you personally, delivering the best service. Never seen them sitting, always standing to serve. So happy to find them. Very respectful and patient staff. Keep up the good work!!

This is the most friendly store around these guys are very helpful I am not very tec savie and sometimes I get confused with the labels they have always helped me out God bless them and I highly recommend using them

Top notch service from Allison. She goes above and beyond with her services. First time with returning items back to Amazon and wasn't familiar how to do it, she was so very nice andsuper helpful.

The UPS Store #4289 in Daytona Beach, Florida was amazing. I got my paperwork notarized and used airmail.

The customer service was wonderful and the store was clean. The Notary only cost me $10. Fair prices, friendly employees and easy to get to.

They typically do not so notarize on Saturday but the lady said she had a minute to do it.

I would definitely use this facility again, thanks!

The most amazing staff i have ever dealt with hands down. Everyone that works in this store are great, helpful, polite and very friendly. Even though i the Nova rd UPS store is closer to me, i travel further to this one just for the customer service they provide. Keep up the good work

The Best business anywhere , ever ! The employees could not be any more sweet, smart and helpful. Hardworking , professional. I just love to go into this place of business. I drive extra far from my home to go into this store over the one near my home because they are so great. They all deserve a raise, and bonus checks !!!

I love this store and the people who work there. They are helpful, patient, and efficient, and have a great sense of humor. To me, this store is like an extension of my home office. I'm in there all the time, getting huge amounts of photocopies and/or massive printouts, and/or mailing stuff. They make everything enjoyable, aaaand they're great about finding the cheapest way for me to ship things. Just can't say enough good about them.

Arrived to the Daytona Beach Resort across the road to discover that they no longer would accept courier packages for guests.

The UPS store came to the rescue and all my shipments went there no problem. The staff were incredibly patient and tolerable of all the peccadilloes of my on-line orders. (most began as USPS, became UPS Mail Solutions, some returned to USPS)

In the end, they salvaged over 18 months of planning purchases that either could not ship to, or were stupid expensive to ship to, Canada.

service at a convenient location, near to our hotel. The staff were enjoying each other company and made our time very relaxed.

Great customer service!! I am a full time rv'r and we're staying at the campground 13 miles away. I had my mail forwarded via 2 day ups here and got some items printed. Each time I have been here EVERYONE working here has been very kind, happy, efficient and helpful.
They should train everyone at ups on customer service.

I use this store a lot. Normally in a frantic rush. I never know quite what I'm doing but the lady, Jymee?, and the young man, Cameron ? who work there are ALWAYS kind, calm and thorough. Very knowledgeable.
Very professional, and, helpful ! I have seen such a long line yet they treat every one of us special as if we we're the only one once you get up to the counter. The also multitask!! No one is ever left not served. I'd highly recommend this little UPS store. You can do anything there (tech), as well, and you are always helped with patience and kindness.

Cameron delivered exceptional service!! I was amazed that he went through the whole process on my phone for me. If only more people were as helpful in this world!

💯Debbie and her INCREDIBLE staff offer a customer experience that I have never personally experienced anywhere else!!! From the moment you walk in the door they are on top of their game and willing to assist you in anyway possible. Personally, I will only use her for all shipping purposes and highly recommend you do the same, you won't be disappointed!!!
