This place has gone to the dogs!! It’s quiet but the new owners haven’t done anything but line their pockets with money!!
They have raised the lot rent from $320 to $650 + garbage that goes up every month and mowing common areas which consist of the 100 ft drive coming in the park. The storm destroyed the dock in 9/2022 and has not been repaired yet! The grass isn’t even cut leading down to the lake!
They purchased and put in 3 new trailers and want us to refer people to move out here - I wouldn’t suggest anyone to move out here to get ripped off!! The one star is only because there are no negative stars to put up!!

Absolutely NO AMENITIES NONE. and the Dock is still destroyed from the hurricane in 2022. And the lot rent keeps being raised and we have an itty bitty trash dumpster and the price for use of it also keeps going up on all of us. They make like this place is a wonderful place to live and it would be if we had something to do out here and they would QUIT raising the amounts every month. They are taking advantage of all of us. And there are people living out here under the age of 55 also. so that's a lie.. a lot of the people that live out here are moving out because they CAN'T afford to live here no more and it's ridiculous they keep taking advantage of the elder. God don't like ugly.
