Mike was amazing. He was friendly and was able to get us scheduled for our termite inspection for our home refinancing quickly. Excellent customer service and we will definitely use Ace Exterminating again in the future should we require their services.

After reading the reviews, I called and Mike came out. He was very knowledgeable, patient and explained everything he was going to do. I would definitely recommend this company. Customer service was great from start to finish and problem resolved.

After a few visits, Mike has resolved my issue. I was grateful when he initially showed up within hours, very considerate of your home space when treating the space . He has since followed up for success and has been very helpful with prompt communication. I would definitely suggest this company and use them in the future for work.

When I heard critters running around in my attic, I Called Ace because of all the 5 star reviews online. You know that's very much not normal, somebody always has some complaints. But I wasn't disappointed. When I couldn't meet up with Mike because of my work schedule, he worked out a special time with me the very next day with estimated charges. We got a snow that night, and I thought he might not show up, but he did as promised. He checked out the issues, patched up some holes where they were getting in, and set up bait traps. He was very respectful of my house by putting covers on his shoes before walking on the carpet without me asking. Thank you Mike! When he was finished, his charge was very reasonable in light of making special arrangements to come at a nonstandard time, and a little less than his estimate. Thanks again, Mike! If you need somebody you can trust, give Ace a call! That's why he has all those 5 star reviews.

Mike is amazing!! Did business with him back in January of 2022. That was my first experience dealing with an exterminator and he made the process very easy and comfortable for us. So thankful for your help!

Ace has always been fast to respond and easy to work with. We manage several properties and can always count on them for insect/pest control when needed. Would/always recommend to others.

Mike got rid of the fleas in our house!! Thank goodness because I was about to lose it!! Our dog caught a bad infestation when we were in WI and came back to NWI covered in fleas. They obviously started living in our carpeting, couches, beds and I tried for weeks to rid them myself! Mike came out 1 time and we were cured!! He’s super nice and easy to talk to!

This was my first time using an exterminator and I was very happy with their service. Their receptionist was very friendly and sweet. Mike came out within a few days for our spider and ant problem. He was very friendly, professional, and polite and got the job done thoroughly and quickly. He explained the process and went out of his way to ensure he targeted problem areas. It's been less than 24 hours and I've already come across 3 dead spiders. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with this company and their pricing was great as well. I definitely will be using them again next spring!

Mike was very polite and knowledgeable. He didn't mind me following him around the house asking questions and picking his brain. I felt much more comfortable having him do the work rather than an Orkin type outfit since I trust him when he told me he'd come back out if there were more problems.

I am so late writing this review but I wanted to make sure it happened. Mike helped us out when we had a mice infestation. There was some construction going on and next thing I know we had mice dropping all over our garage and they made it into the attic. Mike explained the situation to us. The price was wonderful. He was very nice. The issue was gone after about 3 weeks for sure. I would recommend Ace Exterminating Co., INC to anyone. We will also be bringing him back for preventative purposes. Thanks Mike!

Mike was very professional. Explained what he was going to do and took into consideration our two pets when spraying. So far no ants and we are able to keep our pet food out again. Found service to be within reason price wise.

Needed to get a termite inspection done for a refinance, Mike got in touch with me within a couple hours and set up a quick appointment to get the inspection done before closing. Was thorough and explained everything through out the inspection and even gave hints about getting rid of our ant issue. Will 100% use again if we need a pest company.

Excellent customer service with a friendly, knowledgeable, and experienced staff. I had a potential pest issue at a property I own and was able to text in a picture to the technician. He quickly diagnosed the issue and gave me a call to discuss next steps. He was very thoughtful and informative in his recommendation and even recommended that we not schedule treatment until we found further evidence. And this was all in the same day that I called! Great company with honesty and integrity and I'll definitely be using them again in the future.

Ace provided excellent service! Mike carefully listened to my description of current and past problems, throughly examined and sprayed all areas of my house and yard and explained the treatments administered. With just one trip, Mike rid me of insects that had plagued me for years. I will be using Ace for any future needs and highly recommend this company.

I am giving this place 5 stars just alone on the customer service. I spoke with a woman today and she was so nice and professional. I just scheduled an appointment and will post an update after the service.

There was a carpenter ants infestation that Ace was able to immediately address and provide a report back. The service was excellent and extremely
inexpensive especially in this economy.

I will not hesitate to call them first for any pest issue!

Mike is great! He is very professional and really good at what he does. I use him for all of my rental homes. I just text him the tenant name and address and he takes care of the rest. Highly recommend!

This is my second year using Ace Exterminating. Last year when I had a mouse issue, they came the very next day and within 2 weeks, no mice.
The exterior perimeter spray also kept me spider free all winter. They are friendly and helpful with questions. They are also a locally owned small business, so it is great to support them.
