The Burger Shack- Ashburn

Got here for the first time. I'm really happy with the food. I got the build your own with curly fries. The burger was well charred and cooked. Fries were great as well. The location is also great with nice music and great ambiance. There seems to be an outdoors section but was rainy and could not sit outside. The service was ok. Will come again.

I got a falafel burger combo and I was very pleasantly surprised by how fresh and crunchy the falafel patty was, you can really tell that they 1) know how to make a falafel and 2) cook their food to order for you. The combo of falafel and burger wasnt something I had tried before but I would definitely go back just for that. The fries were great too; the quality was consistent across the board for my whole meal and everything was obviously fresh cooked. They also have a large menu of meatless options besides just salads.

I tried the BBQ chicken sandwich this time and thoroughly enjoyed it. The chicken was cooked so well that it actually didn't need barbecue sauce on it. It could have been eaten without barbecue sauce.
I gave the atmosphere of the restaurant three stars because it looks like a fast food restaurant but the food is anything but fast food quality. In any case, who needs atmosphere when you have good eats in front of you?

If you are looking for an amazing burger that is cooked to order, then this is the burger joint for you. I have been to this restaurant many times and never had an issue. I always get the Ring of Fire Burger. If you enjoy hot/spicy, then give it a try. French fries always come out hot and fresh.

Bathrooms were clean, and the paintings on the front of the doors were cool.

Would highly recommend this burger restaurant to anyone that is in the mood for a great burger.

Positives: High quality food! Fresh and made to order burgers that are perfectly customizable. Great portions for price, seasoned amazingly, and probably some of the nicest service workers I've met. Very clean place and the workers were constantly cleaning the tables. The best burger place I've found in NOVA so far.

Negatives: Buffalo wings' sauce is thin and watery. Some people like it like that but personal preference: not a fan.

Overall taste: 9.5/10. Five stars: Almost perfect!

LOVED my lunch here! I got the 3 Slider Cheeseburgers with Garlic Parmesan fries. Everything was amazing: bread was super soft & buttery, the patty was nicely charred but still juicy and not overcooked and the fries were crispy with just enough garlic sauce & Parmesan cheese. Service was amazing & my food was ready in about 5 minutes. Keep up the great work guys!!!!

Oh man, definitely one of the top burgers or maybe the top burgers in the DMV. This place is well lit and clean. Customer service is on point and useful when asked about the different items. A lot of options for burgers, sides and toppings. Good for the whole family. Price is very affordable. I strongly recommend. 👍🏻

Its always quiet, yet busy with online orders. I do appreciate the silent atmosphere and the burgers slap! Tots over their Fries and love over ha*e

First time here, got the build your own 7oz Angus burger and loaded fries and it was amazing! Highly recommended, will be returning to this place for sure!

We had the burger and the milk shake. The burger was steaming hot and tasty it blew my expectations. I would definitely come here again for burgers.

Food and service are amazing. Food always comes to you hot and delicious.

There is a change I'd like them to consider. The cleaning solution used has to much of a floral sent and can over power the scent of the food.

This is the same company as the one on 50 in Chantilly but completely better in many ways. The Chantilly location has great burgers but parking is a mess and little seating and reeks of grease. This place is super clean. I know it is new but it is really clean. Burgers are just as awesome. If you’re unfamiliar, these are greasy burgers. They are messy in the best way. Also large fries are like a basket that could feed 2-3 people. Guys behind the counter were super nice. We'll be back.

It was like eating a rib-eye steak in a bun. Lots of flavor from both seasoning and meat selection. Burger was cooked to perfect tenderness. They put paper towel on the tables, and you will need certainly need them. The meat is so juicy it ends up creating a waterfall of awesomeness through your hands. Customization options are not as extensive as some of the other premium burger places, but they certainly focused on the popular stuff. Service was pretty fast considering how much attention they put on cooking everything right. Staff was attentive, kind. Facilities were clean, but the table arrangement and the acoustics were not the best

Was biking down the WOD trail when the hunger for a burger struck. A fun ride getting to a really nice place, which served a wonderful meal, what a night. Will definitely ride by again.
