I love Highland Vet Hospital. Dr. Elizabeth is always so helpful and ready to answer my questions. Her staff is also kind and helpful. They take wonderful care of all my fur babies.

As far as I'm concerned she's the best veterinarian in the state of Tennessee staff is very knowledgeable about what's going on

Of all the vets we have used over
50 years Dr Burress is the best. Not only does she offer excellent treatment she takes the time out to educate the pet parents. She does not speak at you she talks with you and is never sacrificing time to answer all your question. Definitely an animal advocate and that is her main focus.

My cat was lethargic and not eating. She is an anxious cat and quick to bite and scratch, especially if you are the vet trying to put a needle in her arm! Even with these limitations, the vet was able to prescribe antibiotics for Bunny and she is all better now! Thank you, Highland Veterinary!

She keeps my family healthy and safe. Me, my husband and all 5 of our fur babies love Dr. Elizabeth and her staff. We trust her with “OUR” lives.

If it weren't for the wonderful vet techs and of course Elizabeth acting so quickly a little over 2 years ago I would've lost my furbaby Gretchy. They are kind, sweet people and the only ones I'll take my furbabies too! Highly recommend the wonderful staff here.

Highland vet helped my kitten when her stitches come out where she got fixed. They are great at what they do and very nice!!

Amazing place!!!! The super friendly staff are all definitely animal lovers and make you feel secure leaving your fur babies with them for care, and the pricing is also amazingly affordable... only reason they got 5 stars is that 6 wasnt an option.... bravo guys you are what an animal care facility should be like.... feel free to give cedar bluff pointers cause they need them

Dr Liz is such a kind hearted person. She did everything she could to save my precious Cotton. Will definitely use her for my other 2 furbabies..

They provide excellent care and help me keep my dogs meds filled even when I am not in the immediate area.

Dr. Kline and everyone there are great. They are always so good with my baby girl. Everyone is always so friendly and up to answer and explain any questions you have.

This Vet was amazing! I had an appointment at the other vet in town, and when I got there they were so disgustingly rude that I would never ever recommend anyone taking their pets to them! Immediately after I left the other veterinary clinic, though she was closing up for the day, this Veterinarian opened her doors right back up and treated my sick pitweiler... I would highly recommend this Veterinary clinic to anyone looking for someone who cares about your pets as much as you do! 😁
