I attended the Birchwood Mall, Post Office, and the female employee working there, was very friendly and helpful.

Agreed, very friendly location. For anyone unfamiliar, it is located directly across from Dunhams INSIDE the Mall.

Very convenient and easy to get to. The Employees have always been kind and helpful.

This location is staffed by some very knowledgeable and nice people. I am thankful that they service and support our community.

Convenient location, lots of parking. The whole team at Birchwood Mall USPS do a great job. Everything from shipping supplies to post office boxes.

Little waiting time, clerks are always courteous

I have been here about three times and only when i am in the area. Its located in a mall that looks abandoned and closed. A very tiny post office. Usually its only one person in the place. Service is ok. No signs and no people. A true relic of Port Hurons' past.

I revised this if your trying to find post office there is a enterance between old Macy’s and old sears in a alley with no signage. I posted pics for easy entrance.

No outside signage # 1most inconvenient location for such a huge area. Had to wait for mall to open to even get to. I don’t even know what store to go through to even find it.
