Cindy was able to give my team everything we needed, followed though with timely and quality product and service, and executed the best communication and follow through I have ever experienced. Top quality work and very helpful advice.

I have been using this frame shop for over 10 years, back when it used to be Karen's Custom Framing. I am usually very pleased with their work. However, my last experience was completely unacceptable, so much so that I will no longer be using their services. Several years back, I had a large watercolor painting which had a frame that was coming apart and the glass started slipping out of the frame. I brought it to Karen, she took the frame apart, re-glued and re-nailed it, and the frame turned out perfectly and has been holding up ever since. I have another painting the same size, and the frame started coming apart. It was basically the same situation, so I took it to Cindy for repair. After several weeks, Cindy called to say that they were unable to secure the glass into the frame, and that I would need a new piece of glass. This confused me, as the glass used to fit fine, it was just that the frame was loose, and Karen had fixed a similar problem perfectly. Long story short, when I went to pick up the painting today, the glass literally cracked before my eyes, before I even laid my hands on it. I simply took the painting with me and I plan to have it repaired elsewhere. For a variety of personal reasons, Cindy has either kept unreliable hours or simply closed up shop for weeks at a time without communicating to customers or even posting updates to the business FB page. I was supposed to have this painting back in 3 weeks and it has taken almost 3 months. It's a very dear painting of my son, so it's not a replaceable piece of work. I would recommend taking your framing needs to a business that has regular hours and is run more professionally. I normally like to support small businesses, but this experience was a nightmare. I'm just happy to have the painting back in my hands, even though it still needs repair.

I read the good reviews and decided to give this business a try. I needed something framed that was very important to me so I took it there to have it done. Unfortunately they were closed, even though according to the hours they have posted online and on their door they were supposed to be open. Wasted my time. Why even post your hours if you’re not going to actually be there? Apparently they have enough business already, they don’t need any more!
They won’t be getting any from me now.

Never open can not get a hold of her to get our picture, will be the last time we use her.🤮
