Every single time I order photos from here something goes wrong. The staff are also horrible. I come in and wait several minutes at the counter before being acknowledged. Recently I sent in an order and was told it would be ready at 4 pm. I paid online and went at 4:15 and was told my order hadn't been processed and they didn't know how long it would take. The next day I called at around 3 to ask if my photos were ready. I was told they were so I went back at 8 to pick them up. I was told they were not ready yet. Then someone was called over to look for them and I was told my payment didn't go through so I had to go back out to my car to get my wallet. The employees seem really impatient and rude and their system is terrible. This is the 3rd time I've had an encounter like this. I will never order photos from them again.
