I switched from AT&T over to Verizon on my wife’s plan. Brittany took care of this for us and set us up with two new iPhone15 pro’s and new Apple Watches. She was amazing to work worth and answered all our questions. Thanks Brittany!

I LOVE CELL FONES SO MUCH WHEN I WALKED IN THEY ALL RAN UP AND SAID WELCOME TO THE BEST DARN TOOTIN STORE THIS SIDE OF THE MISSISSIPPI AND THEN I GOT A NEW SAMSUNG WATCH THAT A LESLIE SOLD ME SHE WAS AWESOME AND PROFESSHINAL I WOOD COME BACK AGAIN AND BUY AS LONG AS SHE IS THERE!!!

Excellent service. Special ordered the phone that I wanted. Explained the phone. Transferred everything from my old phone AND she removed all bloatware apps that I didn't need. But checked everything with me first. Shout Out to Kenzie!!! She Is Great!!!

Lebanon manager quickly fixed a problem with my bill and was super friendly. I'll definitely drive the extra 45 mins to shop his store!!!

Some technical difficulties please call ln can't get the iPhone 7 plus to work at all it's so slow ..,,.,,,,,.and the cheap Android blows it away.

This is wrong in Lebanon because the transaction from bluegrass to Verizon has been a difficult journey for Lebanon ky residence and when they left in December they took people payment and then Verizon sent us a bill and my son and most of the managers and employees had doubled bills they paid to but there was a door full of people complaining of this issue but they couldn’t get a hold of the new company Verizon and so people are left getting new accounts in different names and then they act as the phones are stolen when your calling getting no results but the phone are due to neglect of contract but one woman told my husband to just let bill run behind and they would move it to the first like bluegrass did and to ignore the calls but yet she fixed it but phone where shut off two or three months In roll so we went and got phones in my name but it’s not right that people are left in this shape because one or the other owes these ppl money and to be put back in the spot they was before the transfer of company but I feel their should be a civil suit for the Lebanon community but please contact us for any updates because I’m tired of talking for hours and lied to about this issue that neither company has resolved it’s a hot mess but the kids down their are trying so hard to help but yah left them in a mess and it’s wrong

They are only there for a commission check. They have 0 knowledge of what Verizon offers and even tell people the wrong plan price. Any questions I had I was told to contact Verizon customer service. Setting up the plan the girl that we got stuck with just ran through everything so she can complete the transaction with out setting up our add on’s, didn’t even look to see if they can do employee discounts like I requested, or any other request I had. She does not know how a trade in works as she gave me the wrong information, and the quote we were given before getting the phones is not even near what they are making us pay now after leaving and seeing our bill through the app. Almost $100 more than quoted.

Quite a horrible place to go. You walk in and there 4 employees sitting at a table ready to deal with customers. They all stay at the table and deal with customers as they come in. I don’t want some random hearing my business about my phone plan or bill. Much less having to pay my bill in front of the town hall. Feels like I’m in court. Horrible exp. Do not recommend.

As another person stated. Called over and over, still no answer and voice mail box is full. Can not contact this store. I did an upgrade with an 800 credit on my trade in. They never sent Verizon My trade in and now sticking me with full price. I’ll be contacting the local police for theft of property. And In most states, over 500 is a felony. This is ridiculous. Verizon customer support can’t even reach these guys

This store has the ABSOLUTE WORST customer service you could possibly ask for. They have had my iPhone 11 Pro Max sent off for over 3 months to have it fixed and I haven’t heard anything from them. To top it all off I’m still paying on a phone I can’t even use. So if you want to be screwed over head on down to the Lebanon bluegrass cellular
