Been dying to eat here for 3-4 years since I’ve been working on the southern OR coast and it’s always been closed or full/busy when I’ve been in Bandon, but tonight I made a reservation and was seated at one of the 3 tables when they opened, and yep, it was worth the wait. Betsy is such a sweet, cool lady and Pablo is very gracious and passionate about his cuisine. Best restaurant I’ve been to on the coast for the combination of simplicity, warm-heartedness, and fantastic food. Wish there were more places like this…it’s what dining should be all about: good people and good food. No more, no less. Pablo and his family get it. The bolognese and empanada did not disappoint. Can’t wait to go back for the ribeye!

What a find. There were not a lot of options in Bandon dunes but I think we found the best spot. The chef and the hostess were just so amazing. They were able to fit us in outside, even though they were fully booked up.

It’s a very small space so I recommend calling prior to going to eat. The Bolognese and the seafood Alfredo are top notch. But the empanada with corn was unbelievable I could’ve just eating those.

Feels like family when ur there.

Incredible! What a wonderful date night! Intimate, private and very well done! Decor is fantastic, and service is excellent! We had the spinach pasta, and oh my goodness it was good! We split the full order, it was still more than we could both eat! The bread appetizer was incredible! I highly recommend this for a memorable date night! We will be back! Thanks Pablo!

Amazing restaurant! Environment was very cute. They played opera music. The food was to die for. Portions were generous and they don’t cheap out on meat. Server was personable and got to meet the head chef Pablo himself. Would definitely have to come back here.

I loved every course, but I was really floored by the amazing dessert and the corn empanada. The beef empanada was fantastic as well, a classic of the dish. The corn was unique, like incorporating the Midwest creamed corn with spice and pastry, but a richer flavor than just creamed corn. The pasta was great, homemade noodles designed to vacuum up sauce and they weren't stingy with the quantity. The dessert was chocolate cake cubes in rum with berries, but the cake was as rich as a brownie and worked perfectly with the fresh berries. I probably did a terrible job at describing it, just know I had reservations at the description and then it amazed me and stole the show. We didn't drink anything special - if that's your passion, maybe save it for after dinner and focus on the food while at the restaurant.
Update: we went again and got the porterhouse. It was delicious and yes, has the fat on like other reviews say. That's where the flavor is at! The porterhouse came with great grilled veggies and we added the pesto, which was very good and strong on the nutty side. We ended with the frozen dessert option with the same delicious boozy cake and with ice cream. My husband preferred the frozen kind, I preferred the whipped cream cup from the prior visit. You can't go wrong, so make some room for it.

Mmmm yum. Delicious food in Bandon. We had an empanada each, an entree each, and shared a bottle of wine. Everything was on point. Pablo himself came out and checked on us after our meals arrived. First time in Bandon and if we have the opportunity to come back then we will surely revisit Pablo's.

Pablo is one of the nicest people you'll meet. The food is amazing. The shrimp I had was the best shrimp I've ever had. Highly recommended to eat here.

All I can say is WOW. Their pulled pork tacos are amazing. I asked; The pork is marinated 24 hours, then cooked for 9 hours in their wood fired outdoor oven. Think burnt ends with moist, delicious pork.

Their burritos are GIGANTIC and so good. My wife had the carne asada burrito. She was able to eat about 1/4 of it. Delicious leftovers.

For dinner, I recommend Thursday night's. It's "chef special" night. He cooks up a few special items. Homemade stuffed raviolis, rib eye with chimichurri, rolled and stuffed flank steak was the menu last week.

High quality ingredients, amazing flavors. We have found our new go to place!

Dining at Pablo’s Corner was an experience beyond our expectations! It was much more than delicious food for our palates. The warm welcome from Pablo (chef) and Betsy (hostess) made us feel like we’re in someone’s cozy home. Just look at the photo and get a sense of the ambiance. There was good will and caring conversations among the patrons as Betsy made everyone feel welcomed and comfortable. We “stumbled” onto this gem and are now big fans. This will be a destination every time we’re in Bandon.
Oh, and the food? 1) Amazingly tender rib eye with homemade pesto pasta. Beef of the highest quality and 2) seafood pasta (homemade with delicious cream sauce). So glad we found you!

Pablo's Corner. A quirky, intimate, delightful restaurant. My husband and I have dined here many times and we have always had a terrific experience. Pablo and Betsy are refreshingly authentic and down to earth. The photo of our steak with chimichurri paired with an Argentinean Malbec says it all.

Intimate, welcoming, and amazing in every way!! Do not miss. Food is truly prepared with love! Pablo uses organic, non gmo locally sourced ingredients. Salutes and salsas are excellent. Thank you, Pablo!

Cozy little restaurant with some of the best food you'll find in Bandon. The steak with chimichurri was excellent, as was the pesto noodles and veggie soup. Make a reservation and try it, you won't be disappointed.

We had the most wonderful dinner experience at this restaurant. Pablo and Betsy made us feel like we were guests in their home and the food was incredible. Everything we ordered was top notch and totally worth every penny. They went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and even visited after dinner and Pablo gave
us recommendations for fun things to do in the area, which were also excellent! This was a memorable family experience that everyone talked about for the rest of the trip and fondly remembered on the way home. 10/10, will go back as soon as I have the chance!

Awesome food from a small restaurant near the ocean. This is the kind of restaurant where the chef/owner (Pablo) puts care and detail into every dish he serves. We had the steak and chimichurri the night before and made sure to come back for lunch the next day. No disappointments. Only regrets are that we have to leave town as we are passing through.

Found by looking up on the internet after coming into town late one evening. Walked in and almost thought we were in someones house. We sat and were welcomed by the chef himself, Pablo! OMG... This guy could have fed us dogfood and would have been the best thing ever... What I mean to say, if that was confusing is... He explained how each dish that night was prepared as well as how the ingredients were sourced, (I.e. organic, free-range, etc). You could tell before the food was even brought to the table, that there was passion and care in the food he was preparing. This was truly a first for us, especially in such a small and intimate setting. Our party of four had pasta and steak. There are no words to express what happened in our mouth, and speechless doesn't even come close. Just simply amazing! Here, though, is the best part; we discovered after eating that we recently came from the same area of Colorado. Such a joy to talk about familiar places and faces. Again, I could write for days about how great this experience was from start to finish, but you must try for yourself. If he's not to busy, ask Pablo to do a little dance, he likes dancing lol. Thank you Pablo and Betsy! We will be back!

Great great great experience. Place is adorable, chef and Betsy seem to run the place. Steak was cooked perfectly, skip the tourist places in Bandon and come here!
