Five Guys

Absolutely wonderful! Greeted when you walk in and leave. The best burgers in town. I specifically come to this five guys due to the consistent delicious food and wonderful service. Thank you all for making it so good anytime we come. Everything is so expensive these days and we really feel like we get what we pay for here.

When I need a greasy cheeseburger, Five Guys hits the mark consistently. Their “regular” burger is a double patty. I get the single burger. A large fry is enough for four people. Hand spun milkshakes are a great feature and you can be creative with the mix-ins. We just had a BACON BANANA PEANUT BUTTER SHAKE! it was sooo good!

As usual, the food was great! We got 2 little hamburgers and a small Cajun fry. The burgers were made to order and fresh. The small fry filled the bag and we're perfectly cooked.

Went there last night, 9-22-20, and they have been open about 3 weeks...I was pleasantly surprised by the whole visit. Just in case you're not familiar with them, you park and walk in (or maybe still curbside,) but no drive-thru. It wouldn't work good anyway, because everything is made to order. This location DOES have milkshakes, although it's not currently on their online menu to pre-order or have delivered. Everyone was wearing masks, and they have temporarily eliminated the condiments area and peanut bins for community scooping, but they are happy to give you pre-packed bags of peanuts (and condiments) for more sanitary individual consumption. I agree with the previous reviewer that their buns and fries DO tend to get a bit soggy/limp. [My own fix for that is to resist the urge to add excessive numbers of their **17** free toppings, and stick to my favorite 5 or 6 (or 7....) and this being a common problem for me, since I take food home and eat it hours later.] As far as the fries, they are really good, with Cajun spice for no extra charge, and they are ridiculously large, 2 mediums will feed 4 adults with leftovers. See picture, that is what's left with 2 servings ALREADY removed. The employees were really nice, patient when I needed to add an order of milkshakes, mixed them up quick so I could get going, offered me a drink holder, and put everything else in a bag with handles for easier carrying. Well, these might sound like little things, but really, these days, little things can make a big difference!

Always friendly and quick. If you've never been they give you so many freshly cut potatoes fries, so delicious.

Service was excellent and the food was hot and delicious came back a 2nd time very friendly and attentive and spacious I highly recommend this Five Guys place my go to spot when I’m craving Burgers and fries and milkshake!!

My wife and I love Five Guys. The franchise is Rock solid and delivers great food every time. The fries are plentiful, tasty, and fresh. No complaints here for this store and look forward to coming back.

Originally my experience at this location was not great at all. The manager fixed my issue right away. I always order a bacon cheeseburger from five guys from multiple different locations here in pinellas and Orlando. I like my bacon crispy and hot . After talking to the manager this location did make the bacon crispy and the burger was excellent. The fries were nice and fresh . My husband and I enjoyed our dinner here and the food is really good. The salted caramel milk shake and the banana milkshake are sooooooo delicious . Will definitely be back again because five guys is our favorite burger restaurant .

New employees/management is far better. They’re great! They didn’t put the sauce on my burger that I ordered online, but when I brought it back, they remade it and even asked if I’d like a drink with it. That’s excellent customer service and will be back more often because of how well they treated me when something went wrong.

So I've been to a number of different Five Guys' locations across the state of Florida and I can honestly say this location was super clean. From the moment I walked into there the floors were clean, employees were sweeping and wiping tables (even though there wasn't anybody in the restaurant at the time) and when I went into the restrooms I was pleasantly surprised that it was beyond clean. I have never been into a five guys restaurant that was like that. I thought so highly of my experience that I had to ask for the manager to say how great the store looked. The employees were all very friendly too. I went on May 9th at 630pm, and whoever the MOD was deserves a big high five because just wow. Amazing. Highly recommend.

Online order was ready fast. Hamburger tasted so good. Maybe I was starving, but I was so satisfied. I usually don’t eat fast food so I was pleasantly surprised.

If you know, you know. If you don't, then GO! We only allow ourselves a once a year trip to five guys, but it is worth every stinkin' calorie every time! A large fry easily feeds 2-3. Get one for yourself and eat the whole damn thing! My husband loved the salted caramel shake. Personally, I don't think salt belongs in my dessert, but he thought it was fantastic! Enjoy!

Fries are the best around. Burgers are great quality. Best in largo area.

Who doesn't love a good old burger and greasy salty delicious fries! We had a problem with our order, but they fixed it promptly.
