Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Absolutely fantastic quality everything. I'd stopped going to dairy queen years ago because of constant poor quality. This DQ specifically always has the best quality food and treats, never disappointed. Literally the only DQ that gives me faith they'll never close

I've only used the drive thru, but each time I've had no issues with my order.. quality ice cream.. staff is always friendly....

The staff was friendly and wonderful to our family! The food was great as always. IMO DQ has the best ice cream. Period lol

A popular location which gets incredibly busy with High School students in the afternoon. The quality and service have been good. I wish the drive thru led out to the side street instead of dumping out onto Alt 19. Otherwise this location is clean, consistent, and convenient!

I never knew I could say this about a fast food restaurant… the food was juicy and fresh, but at the same time hot! This has to be one of the best huge fast food chains I’ve been to, me and my friends will be coming back here for lunch again!

We went on 12/30 around 5pm. The boy at the counter was amazing. He was funny and smart and got all of our order correct even when my husband had 100 questions and changed his mind. He was fast and efficient. The food was good for the price. The meal deals are where it's at. But this kid (dark hair, maybe 5') I didn't get his name, he was the best. We will be back because of him.

Always delicious food and treats. I can't eat regular ice cream so I am so thankful DQ is in the neighborhood

Colin was very understanding, helpful and made my Sundae EXACTLY how I wanted I am THRILLED. Some places don't listen to your order very closely, Colin sure did!; He was funny and pleasant. Give that guy a raise! He listens to what a customer wants. Thank you, Colin.

Awesome, Brand new store. My husband and I came in near closing and Ray and his employees went above and beyond to ensure we left happy and satisfied. As of today, they close at 10pm, so be sure to get your Grill & Chill fix prior! When pulling in and out of Dairy Queen, Please remember to watch out for pedestrians as there are sure to be many. Enjoy!

This dairy queen was great. The customer service was amazing. Kyle and the other employees were happy to be there to take my order. Dealt with my son and I, everything was made properly. The location itself was immaculately clean.

So glad to find a good Dairy Queen with fantastic food choices...Had the chicken strip basket with the Great gravy, and a chili dog. Everything came out piping hot and fast.

This particular Dairy Queen is our favorite. The restaurant manager Greg is amazing! He treated us like family and provides quality customer service to us every visit! We appreciate the entire DQ team. Always clean, always friendly!

So I've went 3 to 5 times to this location. My order is almost always messed up. The most recent time I went right before close and when I tried to call them I let it ring hoping maybe someone will answer. Nope. But low and behold. There's an answering machine?!? But get this. It says your call can't be answered at this time and you CANT leave a message......in a full on British accent.....

I have so many questions.

Why does a fast food joint have an answering service?

But most importantly why is the answering service in BRITISH?!

So I called it on speaker and we are all joking about how I must have wracked up a international calling fee for calling England...... only.... I realized it's in British....

Point is. Even when they mess up your order the ice cream is still good!

Always get the 7$ special.. burger fries drink and a small sundae. Price good and food good and filling. They have the best shakes. Recommend to friends and family.

The staff was amazing I was stalking the place before it opened! Couldn’t wait! And oh boy it was worth it Burger so good and fries fresh hot laughed a lot with employees great experience in my way back now!

Kyle, Shaye and team are absolutely, hands down the BEST Dairy Queen in pinellas county. Maybe even further. Thank you guys for your hospitality.

I had a great experience today. My food was hot fresh and delicious. Great customer service. Even got a pup cup for the dog.

Been up here bunch of times now sense opening an I’ve gotta say service is hit or miss sometimes (mostly drive through from my experience) i would chalk it up to demand cause it’s usually packed but my experiences with Dana Shaye Dylan Brie & Marc where all spectacular they were exceptionally polite (on multiple occasions) double checked everything was made correctly, was to my liking & it actually felt like they wanted me to be satisfied leaving the establishment 5 stars (would leave more if I could☺)
