This company couldn't help me with my project, however they informed me on what I needed to make it successful.

Very accommodating and helpful staff with excellent production.

Extremely rude employees with no customer service. I needed some simple information and they refuse to cooperate. Melanie on the business side should consider a position that doesn’t include customer service since she doesn’t have any. If you cannot understand someone, then simply say “excuse me could you repeat that” instead of constantly interrupting.

Absolutely the worst experience I’ve had in NWA from any business. They are not customer service oriented.
