I have purchased flooring for almost entire house now! Not huge selection local but plenty! Tough choice price was great as well as the staff local management is winning with this staff . Great customer service and support for all our questions. The website has great information and verity to help narrow search.thank you Hunter and Paul! You guys are very knowledgeable! The best , not high turnover!

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Very honest on which product is the best for my needs, not pushy. Had the old flooring after my failed attempt. The installation process was great. Highly Recommend LL Flooring to anyone.

Ryan and Paul are amazing human beings to work with. They are humble, honest, very knowledgeable of all flooring types and very importantly they are sincere in helping you patiently. Have looked at multiple shops but the value, quality and price is best at ll flooring for the materials.

Installation cost is not the best and they do try to oversell but I went with my own contractor.

We have being looking for quite some time about replacing our carpeted areas in our home with engineered flooring. We visited the showroom on several different ocassions while exploring our options. It helped out tremendously that we were able to take home samples as well as being able to view and touch the many different options that were available to us. The sales staff was great at making us aware of the entire process as well as giving needed advice. We decided on getting the Acacia engineered flooring, along with professiinal installation. The installers were very professional and did a great job.

Paul, hunter, and Ryan all 3 are very helpful every trip I make up there. They're all very knowledgeable about the products they carry at that location, and never fail to check to see if they can further help my visit along. Definitely recommend. If you are looking for a large selection of all types of flooring and components, and a friendly sales staff this is your place.

Very helpful & knowledgeable employees. They answered all my questions and gave expert advice. Let us take home several samples so we could make a proper decision. Had several options in stock, which was super helpful since I needed something very quickly. I didn't have to make decisions based on stock, but what I really wanted.

Quality flooring at an affordable price with financing options. Also, our vinyl planks were in stock so we were able to take home the very next day.

We got great help and good advice from their staff when we went to look at options for our living room floor. We ended up with a beautiful laminate that looked like hickory. It installed easily and is exactly what we needed to lighten up the room. No complaints from us. We will do business with this store again.

It was a very expensive but rewarding experience. Lost our floors to a water leak and went to store in Little Rock but they didn't have a very big selection. My wife found another store in Springdale is found exactly what we wanted, put it on our trailer, order the trim to match and headed home. Trim came as scheduled and with no damage. Very happy with the product and the young man that waited on us, he was very knowledgeable and patent with us.

Staff is great. Paul is always helpful and he knows his products. We use their vinyl plank flooring on a lot of our jobs. It is a great product.
