The CVS in Beachwood has exceptional staff that not only care, but strive to get medications to their clients as fast as possible! I love going to this location for the staff specifically.

The pharmacy assistant manager is compassionate and caring. I had a duplicate medication because I did not check what was given by the doctor,s office directly earlier on the same day I picked up the prescription medication from CVS. This manager understood the situation and gave me a refund. I am so grateful for this manager's caring decision. Thank you so much, sir.

They really have gone downhill big time lately! so you get sent a script that you need right away like an antibiotic and then show it in process for almost a week and other meds overdue for refill as well. NoW they're only open from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. and they close without a care in the world that you need your medicine!!! Riteaid open 8am til 10pm. And dont leave you hanging
