I went to this place in hopes to find some snowboard boots & bindings for my son to check out. We have not found any other stores that have anything on hand, so it was very refreshing to find this place. John ended up helping us out and was phenomenal! My son is pretty quiet and reserved, but felt very at ease while John was helping us out. He took a decent amount of time with us and he gave my son some great pointers on the boots and bindings he ended up buying. Thanks so much, John, for making this father/son experience so great. The store has a great amount of products for skiing and snowboarding. The facilities were also very clean and pleasing to use. I would highly recommend this place to everyone. Outstanding customer service! The sales associate that helped fit me for boots was patient through all of my questions. I had an issue with one of the bindings that I’d purchased and the manager went above and beyond to make sure my gear was in working order.

I have had nothing but an amazing experience with this store and their employees. I have been using this store for several years for the junior ski program and have received fantastic service. Coming in to get fit is something my kids look forward to every year. This year, I purchased boots at the store, Brandon did a phenomenal job getting my fit dialed in. Additionally, the team there has made sure to solve any equipment issues i have experienced and made sure i had the proper equipment for me and my skiing style. I highly recommend them!!

We go here for all of our ski equipment for our whole family. They always have many staff member working at a given time to help with the influx of people on the weekend which is appreciated. I’ve also purchased jackets and other winter gear from here and am always very pleased with the quality. Great service if you are in the market for a new set of skis or snowboard. They also have a good selection.

Junior Has A Fit program is great for little skiers. Trade in skis and boots at end of season and get replacements for growing kids.

I bought my ski and got my boots tuned here. Mounting binding and ski took about 1 hour. Boots fitting was professionally and prices are reasonable. Compare to Sun&Snow and REI, I prefer here overall.

My two kids both needed new skis for this season and our local shop went out of business. We picked Boyne CS based on location and the reviews and could not be happier with our decision. We thought both kids would need new boots but the professional at BCS told us that they had another year on them. That is the honesty that makes you want to come back again in the future. We walked out with two new sets of skis and will be back again very soon to buy new boots for my wife. I could not recommend them more to anyone in the market for ski equipment.

I signed my kids up for the kids fit program. The employees that helped us out were amazing. The program is a great deal while my kids are growing like weeds. I also purchased a new set of skis and boots for myself. Adam had top notch customer service and really went the extra mile to customize the fitting. He helped explain details on what equipment I needed for the type of skiing I'm doing.

Had a great shopping experience this past week. Usually don't write reviews but had to write a review about the salesperson. She was simply superb! Her name is Jessie Stanley, I made sure to write it down. Her knowledge and expertise was hands down the selling feature and made me stay.

Love the store layout, not too much but just enough and easy to navigate.

I’ve worked with two boot fitters at this location and both gave helpful information and recommendations. Buying new boots and skis is a bit overwhelming but the staff at Boyne made it easier. They also stand buy their products and will adjust boots if needed. I highly recommend going in and talking to someone if you need new skis equipment!

I just had the most amazing experience with a lady over the phone her name was Andy. I'm a beginner snowboarder and I don't know much but I'm pretty skilled from renting a lot so she was able to help me out with all my questions and concerns over the phone which was really appreciated. If you want a knowledgeable crew these guys are defiantly some of the best around!

They have a nice selection of skis, boots, bindings, boards. The staff there is really knowledgable about the products, fits, adjustments, etc. Both of the staffers who helped me out were avid skiers and knew their stuff. Tons of apparel there too, but the prices are a touch high.

Kudos to Jessie for being so patient and amazing with my kids during their annual ski fitting :)

The staff was extremely helpful. My child is new to the sport and is excited to get his own equipment. They helped me get what he needed at a reasonable price.
