The UPS Store

I was dropping off a Dish net connection at this UPS STORE and had the BEST EXPERIENCE AND SERVICE. I would like to thank both of these workers for doing giving me great service and reminding me to keep my receipts so that if my package were to be miss placed somehow. I had a receipt to prove I mailed it. I was in a hurry but they reminded me it’s in my best interest to keep it until they received it. So shout out to both of them. Neel and Matthew

This UPS Store ROCKS! I have always received the best customer service at this location. The staff is happy, friendly, and helpful in all my various shipping needs. Zia and Neel always go above and beyond and I sincerely appreciate the great customer service! Keep up the great work!!

There are plenty of mixed reviews on here and certainly some people may consider those working at the UPS store to be rude but perhaps the customer may have initiated or misinterpreted the behavior observed?

Many of the comments mention race. An individual's performance is not correlated to their race, creed, or gender and such comments support racial profiling, thus warrant a removal from the thread of reviews.

In any event, poor customer service has not been my experience at this store. In all honesty they have certainly made mistakes such as disorganization with packages and, at times, struggled to locate a package as quickly as I would like. Full disclosure: I was also there at a busy time and the lobby area was full of customers. This was indeed a stressful time for staff members. In the end they succeeded in locating my items and were polite in the process.

Regulations of other countries and policies are out of the individual staff members control. It is these regulations which require the staff member to ask numerous and awkward questions. There may be times when they do not have the supplies a customer needs, this is life and these things do happen... to us all. In summary, this is a great store with friendly service and should not be avoided based on reviews alone. Visit the store, when it is not busy, perhaps with an unbiased view to avoid clouding your personal judgement.

I can’t tell you how happy I am to have this UPS Store close by. It seems UPS Store is my home away from home (thanks to Amazon returns), and this store is never crowded (yet). Also, they were a lifesaver when I needed a notary. I called another store, and their notary services were by appointment only, and available up until 3pm. I had 7 forms notarized and was able to get them shipped out that same day. Wish I’d have gotten the guys name, as he was super kind and helpful, but everyone here has been this way… kind and helpful.

Honestly, I dislike going into these types of stores because everyone seems to hate their lives & they act like it's an inconvenience for you to be there. This store, however was great! The cleanest UPS store I've been seen. Very organized & not cluttered. The customer service was quick & the lady was very nice.

The UPS Store located in a convenient location in Haslet provided excellent service with efficient shipping options, a well-organized store layout, and helpful staff. Overall, a positive experience.

Hi, this UPS store is extremely convenient and the guys are very cooperative and kind. wud also like to add the man called “Neal” is super helpful and cooperative always with a smile ready to help. Neal was very patient enough to inform about international shipping rules/regulations and helped take lot of Amazon returns efficiently.

I have confirmed this location is open for business! We’ve seen the sign but it looked like it wasn’t open yet just in passing. I needed to make an Amazon return today and decided to drive here and check.

The employees were so kind and moved the line fast, mostly because the people in front of me were also Amazon returns. Easy peasy drop off! She noted that I had taped the box in advance and thanked me for it, scanned the code and gave me my receipt.

I usually have good experiences at UPS stores. The gentlemen working the counter this one, however, went above and beyond to provide friendly & polite service. Definitely my new preferred UPS store location, and will return for future business.
