Sensuous Sandwich

My family has been going here for years and to this day I refuse to have a sandwich anywhere else. There bread, Deli, Everything involving food is top notch. Always super fresh and very soft bread. All their employees are extremely caring and respectful, and they listen. I even had one of the Managers give me a free cookie because I mentioned that I was getting my extremely pregnant sister the sandwich because she was craving it. My sister had been out of the hospital for Braxton Hicks and the manager apparently thought it was sweet when I told her this after she asked how my day has been and she gave my sister a free cookie and my sister actually got emotional. I never got her name but I could tell you exactly what she looks like because I’ve never forgotten that and this happened maybe A little over three years ago. It was something so simple yet I don’t think I’ll ever forget it. She didn’t know that my sister was having the worst week ever and had multiple breakdowns because she was so stressed about her babies health and this small act of kindness made her day. In fact, she still talks about it to this day. I never go to any other sandwich place. I don’t think I ever will. Sensuous is just too good.

P.S. - I see a lot of reviews that say when they got their sandwich, it was falling apart…. Not sure if you guys are aware of this but when you get a sandwich that has a lot of toppings or items inside it’s gonna fall apart. That’s kind of what gravity does to an overflowing sandwich. It’s not gonna magically stay together. Sandwiches with toppings inside do that. It’s called - a good sandwich…. an overflowing sandwich is always better than a sandwich that has barely anything inside of it. So, I’m just gonna assume that you guys are either not used to eating sandwiches or you don’t know how gravity works. Either way don’t trust the reviews that say they don’t like that the sandwiches were falling apart because I am genuinely confused as to what the problem is with that. How are you supposed to eat a sandwich that has lots of toppings? And the fact that most people commenting that don’t know how gravity works. If they knew how gravity works and how sandwiches are made and eaten, they wouldn’t have made those reviews. Anyways, hope that helps clears things up because I just don’t understand and I’m truly confused as to what else were they expecting. Moral of the story is that sandwiches are awesome and sensuous sandwich knows how to make them!

Couldn't be happier!! Came with a buddy when we both got stood up and it was PERFECT. The sandwiches are on the pricier side for fast food, but nowadays everything is on the pricier side so no complaints. They were delicious and absolutely hit the spot. The best part was the tables are covered in popular cartoons (Calvin and Hobbes, Zits, The Far Side, etc) which kept us entertained while we waiting for our food, while enjoying it, and even after we had finished. So great! Will definitely be back.

I came back! Me and the same buddy came with the intention of attempting the mighty 24" sub challenge. The workers were super amicable and were great at hyping us up. The challenge went exactly as we expected, the first 6-12 inches were delicious and then every bite after that was excruciating. Worth the 22 bucks each for the experience though! Even though neither of us completed it within the 30 minute frame, the workers gave us some killer tips so we'll definitely be back for a rematch!

Pretty delicious sandwiches here and comparing it to other sandwich shops I feel like it has fresher ingredients. I like that they have a variety of sizes instead of just a 6 inch or a foot long. Overall I liked the space and they had plenty of seating but maybe not the best place for a party of more than four people.

This spot is a walk down memory lane. I use to eat here when they were downtown Provo and after classic guitar lessons we would stop to eat sandwiches. Thier while menu is amazing and I love taking my kids here as well. My kids don't like sandwiches but they like eating sandwiches here!

First the employee that took our order was so very friendly and patient as this was my first time eating here, but it is a simple easy ordering process with a homey atmosphere no rush. The food was amazing you can tell the veggies are fresh and meat is fresh; the bread is so soft and fluffy, and they don’t skimp on portions. Definitely will come again!

This is a classic in the provo orem area. If the show aMan vs. Food was still around, this would be the place he would visit in Utah Valley. The American dream with cream cheese is definitely my family's favorite. The meat to bread ratio is perfect. They get their bread made fresh from The Prove bakery every day. It is a 10/10!! This place is fast too. They will build you a sandwich at blistering speeds. This is a generational place for my family, and i think it will be for any person who tries it out.

I lay awake at night thinking about this sandwich.

This is THE PLACE to get a sloppy, overloaded, delicious sandwich! It's been around for all eternity (15+ years), and switched locations, but the food is the same, perfect deliciousness. We often go for the Figmentation, which lets you add your own choice of meats, and it's the ultimate comfort food sandwich!

This is the best sandwich in the valley. Their sandwiches are THICK! No skimping on meat. Their break is soft, lettuce crunch, meat is high quality, and their oil and vinegar is to die for. They’re also a lot cheaper than many of the larger chain in Utah. I highly reccomend this place

This place is a Utah County Classic. I discovered this place 20+ years ago as a student at the Y and it hasn't changed at all. The best fresh bread, meats and toppings. My favorite is the spicy enticer. One of the best sandwich places period in my opinion. Can't wait to go back!

Best sandwich shop in town. The meat is sliced really thin and they stack it on deep. The prices are pretty average for a deli, but you get a lot of sandwich for size. The Sensuous is my favorite, but really anything is good... you can't go wrong.

This is my all time favorite sandwich place! I gladly take the 40 minute drive to come here. Food is always on point, service is always amazing. Place is super clean too! Have nothing but amazing things to say about this place!

I have loved this sandwich shop for over 30 years. Their bread is delicious. Generous portions. Order by the inch. Tables are covered in comic strips. I always walk away with a smile and a full stomach.
