Cool It

I have a couple of mini split systems…one was leaking water into our visitors cabin…Robert came out and repaired the issue….we also had a multi split system that needed repair…Robert came out and did a full maintenance on both units and they now work perfectly….good work guys!

Friendly helpful staff, love the office staff. Love that they help with toys for tots each year and that it is a family run business.

Marc at cool it was very professional and thorough. He took his time and explained every detail to me and every repair that needed to be done. I called everyone that showed up on Google. Not sure why Cool It didn't. Got on Hugo Helping Hugo and they responded. The tech that came out Drew was awesome. Everyone I talked to was awesome. Thank you Cool it for coming to our rescue.

Pricing a little high but professional workers.

I called them on a Saturday morning due to problems with the ac unit not cooling. A technician named Robert came out and diagnosed that the compressor was bad . Keep in mind that our home is only 4yrs old and my husband and I are seniors. We sat here for 3 days in 103 temperatures worrying about this unit and financial aspects. Robert was paid $140. Dollars. This company was in no hurry to help us resolve the issue. On the third day I traced down the builder and was given the name of the company who installed this unit.I contacted them and they sent someone right away who had my unit up and running in about ten minutes. It was the compacitor a twenty dollar part. I feel like Robert from Cool-it was trying to take advantage of us.I also talked to Mark and he was no help as well. So I handed this company 140 dollars for nothing. We were definitely taken advantage of. Be ware of this company.
