Quench It!

This is our favorite soda shop by far! They definitely take greater care to make sure the ratios are better and the drinks are phenomenal. Most soda shops in the area just rush through and forget to add mix-ins. That is not the case with Quench It!! Great customer service and our new favorite treat!

My husband and I went for the first time today and it was amazing! The staff was super nice and prices were also good. We got drinks and pretzel bites and everything tasted great. Definitely going to be my new go to drink spot!

Stopped by around 8:30 pm on 4/3/2024. The two older gentlemen taking my order and handing out my order were awesome! So friendly and sociable. Will be coming back for people like them at this location!

Carter was so nice and friendly I love this place! You have got to try the peanut butter bars!! Drinks are always correct and delicious!!

I love the drinks I get from Quench it, but I got quite disappointed when I had to pay $13.20 for 2 32oz sodas. Last time I went in (less than 2 weeks ago) I REMEMBER my total was about $4 for one of the same drink. Somehow the price changed this much in less than a month… and when we asked the drive through girl about the prices she said she didn’t know the breakdown of them but gave me a receipt that had just this on it 🤦‍♀( full price) . Another thing is that we paid for 2 drinks with pearls in it but only one of them had pearls. Truly disappointed:-(

Edit: Shortly after I got home I figured what was wrong. The worker on the drive through double charged me for ALL of the ingredients, not sure why. All my husband and I asked for were 2 sugar free beach vacations with strawberry pearls added.

Edit 2: We called the manager and he refunded us the full amount. :-) adding back stars.

I love quench it! Every time I go the staff are friendly and the drinks taste great!

I’ve been a couple of times and it’s always really good service and I went today and autumn helped me with my drinks and she was really helpful and kind and patient with me. They also have really good cookies!!

I have been to the Orem Quench it multiple times now and have to say it is my favorite specialty drink and treat place in Utah county. Easy location, great products, friendly staff and exceptionally clean.

I learned that Tacos Herreras food truck will be in the Quench it parking lot on Tuesdays. Being a taco junkie this will be the perfect combination! I look forward to Tuesdays.

A+ I have met the owners personally, and cannot think of anyone more kind and caring than they are. If something was ever to go wrong with an order, I know they would personally stand behind it and do everything in their power to make it right. You are in good hands if you ever come here 🙂

Not a big soda person. However, the soda water with mixing is fabulous! Also, the local GF baked cookies are delicious! Yummy! Thanks Jayne for helping us with our drinks today. ❤😁😁

Just came in here randomly as it looked like a new store and this was actually my first time going to a quench it. Really surprised at how delicious my custom soda was, the coconut mist was really good. It’s clear the staff are still getting up to speed but it’s a new store and the owners are super friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be coming by again to support this local business!

This was so good! I was visiting family in the area, and they wanted to try it out. I'd never been to a Quench It before, but the owner was really nice and helpful, and the staff had a lot of recommendations. The cookies are a must-buy. Everything was delicious, and I definitely plan to go again the next time I swing by!
