Met with owner Kieth to do a professional cleaning, diagnostics, and fresh install into a new case. Kieth was very professional even met with me after hours due to my traveling work schedule. He found the power supply was failing. Very satisfied with my experience and look forward to all future additions being added to the shop.

Went there today to see what kind of games they support. They have a serious gaming rig to rent time on for PC gaming (VR coming soon) and are getting started supporting TCGs. They already have interest in Magic the gathering, pokemon, and flesh and blood tcg. These guys are friendly and are interested in supporting a new gaming community, so stop by and check it out!

Owners are extremely friendly and helpful, there’s a bunch of cool stuff and they’re both incredibly talented artists. If you’re a supporter of small businesses go check them out!

I brought a gaming steering wheel to fix and he said he could fix it in June. It was more complicated and he told me it would be a month to get a part. He never called me back. I stopped in and he told me he was ordering a new wheel and that was in October. Now it is February and he still hasn't updated me.

My husband loves this store, but it’s NEVER open! Don’t waste your time going there, without calling first!!

They have been in possession of our racing wheel for repairs since summer. It is February. After several promises ranging from ordering new parts to replacing the wheel, they now never returns calls and delete comments on Facebook, and they still have our wheel. I really wanted to support this store. But it has become too hard to believe they aren't scamming us.

I gave them over a thousand dollars for my items. I ordered them Dec 24th and was promised the items in Jan before the 18th. They did not send me anything! They took my money and I haven't heard from them in months. I actually have to take them to court to get my money back. I wouldn't order a memory card from this place! They will take your money and completely ignore you. I was lied to and scammed out my money. This was a birthday present for my son and because it was a thousand dollars I did not buy anything else. He knew this. I still almost 6 months later have no game system. That is low, when you don't care about your customers
