Best Western Owego Inn

We were guests at the hotel for a week. Can't say enough positive about our stay. Barb and her staff were outstanding. From fresh breakfast every morning to all accommodations keeping us comfortable for our stay. Thanks for everything.

One of the best places I've stayed. Very conveniently located close to I86. Beautiful hotel. Check in staff was very courteous and friendly. The room was very clean and quite large - we had a king bed- quite comfortable. There was full service HOT breakfast - very good. Highly recommend.... Barbara is the best and kindly person at the front desk. Thanks for everything

We had an excellent 1-night stay. Cody at the front desk was extremely helpful. Our room was spacious & we had a nice view of the river. Lots of selection at breakfast. Would definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay. The rooms and facilities are showing some wear. Nothing damaged our stay but it was noticeable. However, the staff was excellent. Friendly and helpful. Obviously working incredibly hard under difficult conditions and doing it not only with a smile but with joy in their voices.

There is an outdoor small sitting area at breakfast that was pretty nice.

Conveniently located off NY-17, right on the Susquehanna River. Very friendly & helpful staff, clean rooms, comfortable beds, great full breakfast, plenty of restaurants and various stores all around the area. We had an awesome meal at MJ's, a short ride away, which one of the gals at the hotel had mentioned. The room was reasonably priced, especially considering what other hotels all around are asking. This will get marked in my memory as a place to stop, when traveling in the area. Highly recommended.

We loved our holiday weekend stay at BW Owego Inn! Perfect location near the historic town and the Finger Lakes region right on the scenic banks of the Susquehanna River. The hotel is clean and well maintained with courteous service by the friendliest staff. Our comfortable and spacious room was perfect traveling with our teenage son and pet dog. Beautiful Hickories Park with dog run is perfect nearby amenity and retail conveniences are across the street. I would definitely recommend a return visit for a long weekend or even a relaxing vacation week in the future.

Staff was exceptional! Justin at front desk and then a few other young ladies at the front were very helpful. The breakfast is good, typical waffles, eggs, bacon, oatmeal, biscuits n gravy and juices. Rooms were nice, beds were comfy. Our room had a bit of dust on desks and counters, assuming that particular room is rented out much. Although it was clean everywhere else that mattered 🙂 I would stay here again when visiting family in that area and the price was pretty decent. A mcdonalds, grocery store and gas station all in walking distance.

This is not a paid review, and I'm not a bot or anything. I was in town for a wedding in Ithaca, but hotel prices there were insane. We booked this as a cheap alternative with a bit of a drive to Ithaca, and were really happy with the stay.

The room very nice for the price we paid, and actually had a view of grass and a stream out back which was nice. The staff were exceptionally friendly and just seemed to be genuinely friendly people.

To add to that the small town of Owego was pretty cool, and roads were completely traffic free and empty to Ithaca, and also scenic. It was awesome.

From the moment I called, I received phenomenal customer service. I was greeted by the friendliest hotel receptionist named Justin! Very professional, funny, warm and personable. My room was very clean, spacious, nice little kitchenette area with large fridge. I felt right at home. I am very impressed with my overall experience.

Clean, comfortable room. Plenty of hot water, and very good Wi-Fi but most of all quiet. The breakfast buffet filled the bill, especially the biscuits and gravy. The young lady at the front desk at check-in, though I cannot remember her name, was open and friendly. Minutes from downtown Owego,

Traveling for work stayed for 6 days.

Justin, at the front desk is a gem. He goes above and beyond, always greeting you with a smile and remembering little things that make you know that he paid attention to you.

Room is clean & comfortable. Lots of pillows of different levels of hardness. Free wi-Fi and a decent size TV. Good selection of channels on the TV even HBO. Only negative thing I can say about the hotel is that the shower water needs to be hotter. But once again all the good outweighs that one thing.

Great hotel in Owego, very well put together and with good service. It's right on the river and a small number of rooms (including our suite) had a door to a back patio with tables and chairs. Breakfast was fine, although they ran out of food well before service was to end.

There's a great park with playground an easy walk from the hotel; there's no sidewalk to get there, but the street isn't busy. It's not quite within walking distance to downtown Owego, but it's a short drive.

We would absolutely stay here again.

The ground floors rooms that we stayed in had a musty smell, and one room had mold in the corner. Lamp shades had water stains on them. The rugs need cleaning in the rooms.

This hotel is a gem. Sit on patio enjoying complimentary breakfast and a coffee. Rooms are clean, service amazing and will definitely come back!!

My stay was amazing! The staff was so accommodating when I needed to extend my stay and always had an answer to my question. The manager was very helpful and even personally showed me my room before I checked in. Housekeeping was very on top of keeping everything nice. It was like staying with family! I will stay here again definitely!

The staff are superbly helpful and efficient. Love the complimentary breakfast buffet. Great location and great value.

The hotel is a hotel. Although clean and new, nothing spectacular. Breakfast was great with a wonderful view of the Susquehanna. Justin was awesome, freindly and funny and made the stay worthwhile
