Attention Emma VanVoorhis, Jay Brown and Todd Marley. If you like to leave fantasy land and step back into reality for just a moment I would like to respond to your comments. You called us for a tow at 2 o'clock in the morning after hitting a guard rail and ripping the front tire off of your vehicle. We came out immediately, winched your vehicle out and towed to our storage area. We held the vehicle for 2 days, waiting for you to decide what you wanted to do. Once you called us for the vehicle back not only did we discount the bill for you, we did a second tow to get your undrivable vehicle back to you. The vehicle was towed to the location you requested. Not only were you standing there instructing us where to put your vehicle you then paid the driver in person for the tow. None of this really seems to match up with your comments but oddly enough its what actually happened. I hope your memories are coming back to you. You also left out the part where all 3 of you made multiple harassing phone calls to us all during the night. But thank you for being the spineless dishonest people you are and posting this nonsense on the internet, where people just like you can type anything they want while hiding behind their screens with no consequences at all. I thoroughly enjoy wasting my time on this. Just another reminder that is takes all kinds to make the world go round and shows the rest of us how not to behave.

Great communication. They came out to my camp in the middle of nowhere to get my truck out of a small spring that had developed on the property. Great service and very personable.

Kinda pricey but, to be fair, we were in the middle of nowhere and these folks actually answered their phones. It was nice not being stranded on the side of the road longer than necessary and the driver was a super nice guy.

Incorrect equipment put 8nto vehicle way too overcharged and did not even get know how on problems he caused thank you Gary for nothing I fixed it myself😡it only took me $25 instead of the $1,400.00 bill I received did not offer to replace his messup

Tried calling to speak to someone about some allegations regarding the owner of this business and unfortunately was met with quite a disgusting response. The gentleman I spoke to seemed incredibly inebriated on an early Tuesday morning. I don’t want to assume this gentleman was under the influence but I wouldn’t even be on here writing a review about this. Please do not let this man around anything you have if you value it, it’s extremely unfortunate that so far the allegations seem undeniably true. If you are reading this and are still uncertain, the gentleman has reviewed his own company extremely unprofessional along with overly disgruntled comments and actions. He provides the proof in the reviews.

Worst company ever towed my car into a no parking lane sueing this company don’t go here there crooks they will take your money charged $500 for a single tow!!! And parked it in a fire lane no parking zone

My 18-year-old son had an accident yesterday morning trying to take my daughter to school this man was called out to tow my truck up over a bank and to take my truck to my driveway 4 miles away.I was charged $594 without my consent!!!!they are Crooks and I will be reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and the Attorney General and I will also Be suing them.We as citizens cannot allow people like this to get away with over charging!!!!
