The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf

I love coffee, and if it’s not for a small coffee shop I tend to opt for coffee bean. I live in Woodland Hills and we have one right down the street but we prefer this one all the time. Coffee has always been done nicely and the staff is always very friendly.

I have never had an issue with my drinks at Coffee Bean. Which is why you go to a coffee shop, TO BUY A COFFEE. They are friendly, efficient and have great tasting coffee. Only complaint I'm reading here is no public restrooms? Coffee Bean locations almost never have bathrooms, so it doesn't seem fair to have dozens of bad reviews for the same (and somewhat well known) issue but oh well, grab your coffee and stop being so cranky. Keep up the great work !

Great service. Nice & courteous. And drink was delicious. Tried the Vanilla Spiced Chai Latte.

Every single one of the staff members are nice specially the ladies and one person in particular made my day today: Lori. As soon as I approached the counter to order she already knew my drink and the size I normally ordered. I congratulated her because I work in the service industry too and remembering this little things means a LOT for customers. I love coming to this store, probably the best store in The Valley and Calabasas. Thank you Lori! 🙏🏼🙏🏼👏🏼👏🏼

I don’t buy coffee out all the time, but if I do, it is at Coffee Bean. I love that they have fresh teas for a decent price. Only about $3 for a large. I always get the Swedish berries tea and add 2 stivia bc it is pretty tart otherwise, but I buy 2 so I can have 1 the next day haha. They are so refreshing. They have a larger selection of sandwiches than Starbucks too. I love their pumpkin varieties. I wish they didn’t get rid of the option to make any drink Ultimate. That would add chocolate covered coffee beans blended up into any drink. It was my fave in the Carmel Ice Blended drink. But no more 😩

This place is nice, it's what you'd expect from a Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf. I do like the fact that there is parking in the back.

I wanted something Blended, but not caffeinated, and the person at the register recommended the Malibu dream. Great choice! Perfect for somebody who might want a smoothie with whipped cream on top. It's got a berry type flavor to it, probably blueberry, strawberry mixed together.

The inside can feel kind of cramped since there's only one row of tables against the windows. I guess if it's raining and you want to enjoy the view on Reseda Boulevard, go for it.

The real reason why I come here though is for the outside patio. There's trees, and plants and things, and it feels like you're on vacation.

I like coming here be sure I always get amazing service and I love that they make sure I'm happy with my order. It's the people that make or break your experience and they always are on point, especially one person there that will remain a mystery, but I will say this much; she is the reason I go there. She handles the bar like no other and always has the friendliest smile.

Hadn't been here in quite a while, still friendly, still clean, still good coffee. "Take out" in our case was to sit at one of the outside tables. Only one disappointment- they used to bring in kosher wrapped sandwiches, etc., but no more. I'm sure the change was due to the pandemic drastically reducing the walk-in clientele, and they still have plenty of dairy and veggie options. I hope the kosher food returns as normalcy does.

The caramel iced coffee was perfectly blended & cold. The service was fast & the environment was peaceful.

Best hot chocolate in town 10/10

I hate that I took this place for granted. I'd stop in here one or twice a week but as I dropped off my car at a near by auto shop I came to find it closed. I hope it is only for the time being because i truly found their teas to be superior to the Starbucks teas.

Nice outdoor patio, courteous +friendly baristas & the coffee is always made just right.

Their Blended Chai is loads better than Starbucks, which is no shocker as pretty much all of their drinks are better. If I am ever forced to go to Starbucks for some rare reason, I just get the blended Strawberries and Cream since Coffee Bean does not make one and I don't have to compare and end up disappointed.

Large outside area to sit with just 2 or a group of 6. Fast service. Mostly importantly accurate on my large orders. Clean and great to sit and relax for a bit. Two thumbs up!!!!!

This is my all-time favorite Coffee and Tea place. Their are two locations I frequent. They are always busy with customers using Wi Fi or eatting and drinking and chatting. Everyone is fast and friendly. My daughter is is in a wheelchair stroller and she loves their fresh tuna sandwiches and juice and of course some of my Ice blended mocha Frapachino. Also use their app for points. Customers are usually friendly and someone always runs to the door to help us in and out which is something that is lacking in today's society.
