I loved working with Galaxy Lightning! We just expanded our house and changed the style of the whole house in the process, so we had soooo many lights to buy. Heidi sat down with us and gave us all the time in the world, showing us how to use their site, giving options and suggestions, looking up stuff that we already had in mind, entertaining our baby, she was extremely helpful. Then some of our lights were damaged in the shipping process and she and AnJanae went so out of their way to advocate for us with the company. They called them and called us, again and again, until the company took care of our needs. They were absolutely amazing to work with. It would have been impossible for us to do such a good job with our choices without their help. They are absolutely amazing, and I would recommend them to everyone that finds themselves with lighting needs.

Ann Janae was always helpful with helping get my lighting and finding lots of different options. When the lights came in she helped deliver them to our home.

We used Galaxie lighting when we finished our basement! It was an amazing experience. Not only did we get quality products but we got a FREE design consultation. During the consult, she helped me pair lights for different rooms that were interesting and not matchy matchy to each other but complimented each other well. She guided me on finding timeless designs and she stayed within our budget! We felt like we got great service, great product at a great price. I felt like a priority to them and they called multiple times to follow up on my installation. The products were so much better quality than I could have found on Amazon or wayfair- most of them had different metal trim pieces so I can switch from chrome to gold or black as my taste and styles change! Lastly we measured a room wrong and choose a wrong type of bedroom fan. I called, they switched my product out overnight and free of charge. Their priority was my satisfaction!​

Working with the team at Galaxie Lighting was a no brainer. When we were building our home we didn’t know where to start with light fixtures. We went into Galaxie Lighting and they sat down pwith us in a conference room to help us make selections on lighting fixtures. They were patient, knowledgeable and helpful. They went above and beyond from what we would have received just ordering light fixtures online. I will definitely use them again in the future.
