The Toasted Yolk Cafe

We had a delightful meal at Toasted Yolk, where I opted for the sourdough toasted yolk paired with chicken sausage links. The combination was savory and satisfying. Beyond the great food, what stood out was the exceptional service. Our waitress, Lily, was the epitome of warm and friendly service, ensuring our dining experience was top-notch. Kudos to the team and a special thank you to Lily!

Excellent breakfast at toasted yolk. Excellent service by Christi, on top of every need and request quickly. LOVE their coffee mugs. Everything we had was amazing, crowd favorite was Southern Benedict with fried chicken.

A hidden gem in Port Arthur. A true brunch place. They have the usual breakfast fair and an emphasis on eggs (hence the name)

I am not a big breakfast person so it makes me happy that they have great lunch selections. All three sandwiches I have had were good, but if I had to chose one it would be the fried chicken on the pretzel bun.

They also have a great mimosa selection. The salads were huge as well! Place is always hopping so you know it is good.

So, we had grilled chicken sandwiches with side salad . Amazing. Everything was fresh and very goos. I had a Bloody Maria( tequila in it) very good. Our waiter is Jackson, he is great ,outstanding customer service, very helpful with all my needs as for being lactose intolerant . He suggested the bloody Maria , I am happy I went with it. On a side note I have never had alcohol this early in the day, hahahaha. It is lunch time, so we had brunch. The atmosphere is really nice here , it is clean . Also, the bathrooms are super clean!

The Toasted Yolk can’t say enough good things about this place. Food is amazing, mouth watering yumminess. Staff is friendly with not being intrusive. Manager even comes over to check on you and when busy pitches in to help the staff. Friday is $3 mimosa day and they pack a punch. I always just sip mine anyways but wow…watch out if you are only an occasional to rare drinker like myself.

I’ve been in restaurants all around the world but never had a server as nice as Heather, pink shirt with hair in a bun. She was the best waitress I’ve ever had. Professional, nice, friendly, timely, and funny to our kids. I don’t know what she gets paid but it ain’t enough. God bless her.

I work night shift in the plant and agreed to go with my coworker to have breakfast and a mimosa after work. The staff was super friendly and welcoming, really cool atmosphere. I'm not big on French toast because most people use a lot of egg, but I decided to try it here. That was a decision I do not regret! I've already ate there twice in less than a week and am going again as soon as I get off this morning! It was on sourdough bread, you could smell the cinnamon before the plate hit the table. It wasn't heavily coated with powdered sugar either just lightly sprinkled. It was perfect! The hashbrown casserole was 🤌🏻 Bacon was cooked just how I like it, not burnt and not too soft. The mimosa was pretty strong, got a buzz halfway into it! My new favorite breakfast joint. I'm from Houston and even after this job is over, I'M COMING BACK! Bringing my mom to try it as well. It's gonna be worth the 3 hour drive (back and forth).

Service was excellent, food was cooked perfectly, and yes, the pancakes are larger than the plate. All in all delicious! Definitely recommend this place.

What wonderful staff and service you had! I was joined by 30 ladies for a breakfast event on 2/5. This was my first time eating at The Toasted Yolk, I wish we had these in Denver, CO! The food was amazing, especially the grits and shrimp! The staff were efficient, courteous and helped everyone. The event went on without a hitch! Thank you so much for helping. 5 stars all the way.

Great breakfast experience! Ordered shrimp and grits and fruit and added some of the green hot sauce at the table. Food and service was amazing! The manager came by the table, also.

Went here for the first time as we were in town to move our son into his new apartment. Staff was exceptional and friendly, food was great and the manager sent us home with a sweet treat for our son to try. Pretty sure he’ll be visiting you soon and we’ll be repeat customers when we visit him. Our server Amanda was great and very attentive!

Went there with co-workers for breakfast... the service was absolutely 💯 perfect... and the food was so fresh and delicious. We will be going back. For sure. I highly recommend this place.

I was just passing through and decided to check it out. Very glad I decided to give it a try. I took the advice from the nice lady at the bar and ordered the Pot Roast Arnold. it was AWESOME! too bad I live in Kentucky 😑.

Really nice place to eat! The atmosphere is very nice and the staff are friendly and fast. Everyones food from the french toast to the biscuits and gravy were spot on! Highly recommend.

Always a treat! Line can be long but if you don't have a large party consider sitting at the bar. Good place to see your favorite NFL team place has several TVs. Staff is great food is GOOD!
