Silva Electric did an awesome job installing our service pole! Our power was back on quickly and their employees are experienced and friendly. I'm super satisfied with the quality of their work.

Toby, owner of Silva Electric, came to Our Savior Lutheran Church and mapped Otero Hunger Coalition's freezers to ensure we were not overloading any of the circuitry in our food pantry. They relocated one outlet so we would not need to use any appliance extension cords for safety. We appreciate their excellent evaluation and quality work!

Was very happy Toby helped me with my issue. He told me he might not be able to come today and might have to come tomorrow. When I told him I took off today and had to work tomorrow, he made it a point to cut his lunch short and come today. Don't know any other business that would go out of their way to make it convenient for you and relieve you of the stress you are already going through because you are having electrical issues. I will always recommend Silva Electric!!!

Called him to talk about a home inspections findings, he took the time over the phone to talk about each item brought up and what the importance of it is. Saved me a lot of time and made sure I understood what I need/don't need to fix them.

This company has been SO great to us, and really on top of things, even when there is so much demand for their great service! We look forward to working with them whenever the need arises again!

Silva Electric was hired by the sellers of my home and they seemed to have done a good job in the quality of their electrical work. They installed a new panel and actually labeled the breakers with the correct locations. I did not work too much directly with Toby Silva, but did talk with him on the phone about my concerns. I recently reached out to hire him back for more work and Mr. Silva told me he would be by that afternoon or first thing the next morning for an estimate. He never showed or called to reschedule. Apparently he does not want my business. I have a low tolerance for being disrespected in this way. I was raised that a "man is only as good as his word." I would rather pay twice as much to have someone come in from out of town who practices good business ethics.
1-17-21- Mr. Silva did reach out and I clearly communicated my expectations. He responded and I did hire them for my job. They showed up on time, completed the work and cleaned up after themselves. Silva Electric did rise to the occasion and I would recommend them. I plan to use them again for my kitchen remodel. I changed my rating from a 3 to a 4 since they stepped up.
