Eating at this Taco bell location was life changing. With every savory bite of my meal I gradually began to feel that I had more purpose in life. I'll be back again.

I placed an order through Drive thru, on 11/10/2022 at around 8:40 pm. The person taking our order sounded clear and friendly over the speaker. Once at the drive thru window, he was smiling and very enthusiastic. My husband, my daughter and I, noticed his great customer service skills. We eventually asked for his name to leave a review to thanked him for making our day with his great attitude and friendliness. Thank you Jose Juan, keep up the excellent work!

This is my local Taco bell and they have struggled to get good customer service. But recently they have stepped up and have hired some new awesome people. Great customer service now!!!!

We got a mixup on our order, but Heather was so nice over the phone and said they’d make the correction. When I picked it up, they verified the order and gave us some free cinnamon twists.

Love the workers so much !! All so sweet! Tonight made our night night for my boyfriend and I. Forgot to ask for names but on the receipt it says Jaquelin hopefully that’s her name! But there was also another gentlemen working the drive thru so kind to us! They 10/10 always make us happy to come back! Those two are amazing !! Thank you two so much.

We've visited her a handful of times since it opened late in 2019, and had varying experiences. Only once have we been missing items like others have mentioned, but fast food can be like that: tricky to count.

More importantly, however, is the customer service and that has been over-the-top great each time, even when we ended up having to go back for a soft taco last month. Recently, their tram member Shunquell helped us with a great attitude and an audible smile when placing our order. He was obviously new, having some issues finding specific items and customizations like sauce and lettuce for items that normally don't come with them, but he made sure the order was correct and the kitchen helped by having the food ready quickly and piping hot.

If you're looking for people who try when doing their job, give this location your dollars. They also haven't suffered the type of staffing problems that the other locations in Elgin have and continue to. Highly recommend on the people alone!

I have not ate taco bell in awhile. They seem tonjustbtgrow it together toss it in the bag and when you open the wrapper all the toppings fall out. I stopped at this location and it was great. The double decker taco and others looked commercial ready. Very happy keep up the good work.

Since they reopened. The staff is alot nicer. And one of the girls gave us a couple coupons for waiting long in line at the drive thru. That's customer service 100%

Food is always hot when you get it and the staff has always been polite. Orders can take a while here but the staff has always apologized for the wait. They always get my order right though.

If you live in the area around the Taco Bell, this is the better Taco Bell than any of the other nearby ones. Hands down.

Awesome experience.... We ordered enough food for 8 people and they did a good job with making it quick and looking delicious. Good food!
