Not crowded. Eric approached me and was super helpful. I ran out of professional hair color. Even though they didn't have the brand that I use (Redken Color Fusion), he was able to recommend me an Ion color substitute & 20 volume developer based on my answers to his questions. I'll be back!

The woman there was very helpful and knew her stuff. Recommended bleaching products and hair dye for my son who wanted to change his hair color from brown to blue.
