Not sure if she’s still there but Chicky was amazing! She did my hair last year and I still think about it. Sadly I moved away but def go see her!

I went here to pick up a magnetic mascara. Chanel was accommodating and knowledgeable. She compared two different products. She recommended the product that would give me the result I was looking for. Thank you, Chanel! :)

They do sanitize in between each customer. Both the counter and the debit/credit card keypad.

They do not check temperature upon entry, but they do have a sanitizer at the entrance. Masks are required.

I'm not one to leave reviews but it's hard find a great hair stylist. And Chicky definitely is an excellent stylist. She fixed my daughters hair from her trying to give herself a layered cut. She blended it in nicely without having to cut too much more off. 5 star plus! And I didn't feel rushed even though we were the last client! Thank you!

7/25/2021 I like the variety of cosmetics, skin care, makeup brushes, beauty tools, hair products and hair tools. From more expensive cosmetics to lower priced ones, they have it all! I appreciate that Ulta is a one-stop shop for me. They also have a salon. During my recent visits, I bought concealer and lipstick from Maybelline, brushes from Morphe, That's Taupe ColourPop palette, Real Techniques fan brush, and Kiss lashes. This is an all in one, great beauty store!

Great location and friendly staff. I like to visit a place a few times before writing a review and this location is very consistent. Always has what I'm looking for and plenty of new items to try. Helena does the best brows, I refuse to go anywhere else. She's like visiting one of your girlfriends for a chat and by the end your eyebrows look amazing. Chicky recently fixed my 5yo daughters self chop and gave her a beautiful layered haircut and blowout. She was very patient and offered her clearly, very experienced advice. I'm glad we listened to her and I would definitely visit her again.

Chicky is an amazing stylist! My go to, she always works wonders on my hair. Trust her blindly!!! Love the manager of this store as well she nurtures a welcoming and friendly environment between the staff and customers. Clean location, great selection, always well stocked.

Nice store, a lot of items to choose from, but you'll just need to withstand the constant questioning from the employees. I know they are just trying to be helpful, but I was approached by no less than four employees in five minutes, asking if I was finding everything okay, or if I needed help, as if I needed help looking for shampoo. Maybe because I'm a man, and therefore am lost in a beauty supply store?

To make it worse, I'm am an ultra-introvert and hate interactions, I just wanted to shop around on my own.

Maybe some people in the world are literally too dumb to shop for a shampoo, but I'm not one of them. Actually, finding my shampoo would probably be easier if I wasn't being interrupted every minute asking if I needed something.

Even after I did find my shampoo, I was enjoying myself simply browsing, looking at all the different things they have.

I'll never understand some stores policies of constantly bothering the customer. I'm totally happy with just one employee asking me, and saying "well, if you need any help, I'll be right over there."

I still give the place five stars though, because their prices aren't insane, and they do have a lot of inventory to choose from. And I can't blame the employees for just following their orders. Maybe the whole idea is to deter shoplifters.

Honestly, the whole experience maybe want to start a T-shirt company, selling shirts that have printed on their front and backs "Just Browsing! If I need assistance I'll ask for it!" These are similar to the T-shirts I've seen in Thailand and the Philippines; "No scuba! No sunglasses! No jet ski!" as a response to the constant harassment from vendors.

I bought Bio Oil lotion here and the Hourglass press powder. They have different selection of beauty products which you can't find at Sephora. Also they have a salon inside Ulta at Pearl City store. Nice customer service.

After reading comments about the lack of service at this establishment, I felt slightly apprehensive about shopping here. And true to form, no one greeted me as I entered and I knew I would need to find an associate to help me, which I did. And to my surprise, she was very friendly and was a tremendous help especially since all I could give were clues of what I was hoping to find and voila! We found the item. In fact all the other associates were just as friendly and personally shared about the products they use. Now, I'm not negating anyone else's opinion or experience and perhaps some of those reviews helped address those issues. Overall, I was very pleased. Keep up the good work Ulta! Great service and a friendly smile goes a long way.

My 2nd time at Ulta, but definitely better than my first time. At first I felt a little iffy.

Walked in an associate made eye contact and no interaction whatsoever. My second time shopping here I was clearly really lost. I wish I caught the first employee who greeted and asked me if I needed her help. She pointed me in the direction of the items I was looking for. She seemed really genuine to help, even though I walked right past the item I asked for. (haha, oops)
The next employee at the register was really kind, and both associates changed my mind about shopping here. Definitely will shop more often at Ulta, and especially this location. Thank you for the great service!

Amazing selection. Great prices

All the Ulta representatives are very helpful and sweet. Every time I go there I feel great when I leave. I’ve had a microdermabrasion abrasion there and it was great! My skin felt amazing. I highly recommend them for all beauty needs! It’s a one stop shop!

I drive my daughter here to pick up beauty supplies before school starts. The staff was very friendly, they had plenty of stock on hand, plus they have two other stores on the island. Parking was very easy even during a busy weekend. They are located next to the only Johnny Rockets on the island, had to have lunch there, lol.

Customer service is on point. Also because they can take a hint because most times I don't want help so when I say no thank you they don't bother me again. Would Def go back

Ulta Is a dream come true for me. No more Sephora. I have been a Rouge Member for years. All I got was mini samples and mediocre service. Ulta Beauty rewards is amazing. Almost to the top tier. I love the store and layout. I love that they have everything in one place. Salon, Haircare and high end makeup along with drug store make up. Thank you, Ulta for coming to Hawai'i.

Love the selection at this place! From big name beauty/skin care products to hair products to hair styling tools to drug store beauty products, it's got it all! I was in rush to get somewhere otherwise I'll spend more time digging for goodies. Will return!

Friendly staff and always available to help. Brands are visible and easy to find. Clean and stocked well. Checkout line has great travel and extras to pick from. Would definitely recommend!
