The Village Flats Apartments

village Flats is a best case scenario apartment complex. The in house team is 10/10 (Shannon being absolutely amazing), the apartments are the nicest, cutest, & most updated around the area, prices are so reasonable, the location right near the park, right on the outskirts of Downtown.. are PERFECT! Walkable to everything, right near the best brewery in Tulsa (Nothing’s Left), & the community just makes you feel so at home.
if you are torn between Village Flats & another place.. look no further! You definitely will not be disappointed here.

I recently relocated from Atlanta to Tulsa. I began working with Heather, the community manager at The Village Flats around July 2020 for my September 2020 relocation. Because I was out of state, all of my correspondence was through email, videos and phone calls. Not to mention moving during COVD-19. Heather was absolutely AMAZING. So amazing that my first time physically seeing my apartment was on my move in day! I trusted the information Heather sent me that much. She responded to all of correspondence in a timely fashion and was so very patient with me the entire process. I felt like I knew her before I physically met her. I flew in from Atlanta to Tulsa on my scheduled move in day and was finally able to meet Heather and my new community. She welcomed me with genuine energy, gave me a tour and made sure I knew how to get in contact with her for anything I needed.

The community? Beautiful. Quiet. Friendly. So, if you’re looking for a new home in Tulsa, this is it! Come be my neighbor!!!

I am still a resident at The Village Flats almost
4 years in and am still loving my apartment unit. Shannon and Anna, our leasing office staff, are amazing. Shannon will always greet you with a smile! They both do a great job at communication and will go out of their way to meet your needs. The property is STILL clean and quiet. Since my last post they have built an amazing Phase 2 building and we now have a gym available to the residents. More restaurants have been built in the area as well. Stop looking and stop by for a tour!! You won’t be disappointed.

Apartment hunting in Tulsa (especially out of state) can be tough. A lot of places I contacted didn't take me seriously, weren't able to answer all my questions, and genuinely didn't seem interested in me or their complexes. Contacting the Village Flats was a breath of fresh air!

Jodie was super kind and informative about their apartments. Answered all of my questions and then some! This staff loves their apartments and this city and has me even more excited for my move!!!

Village flats is my favorite place. It’s clean, quiet, and the best views for sunset overlooking downtown. Shannon is the best office manager we could ask for and goes above and beyond for all of us. Thankful to live here.

From the attractive facilities to the joyful banter with Alyssa (on-site manager), my experience at the Village Flats Apartments has been nothing but amazing. I'm a recent tenant and I'm filled with joy every time I walk through that door! I could gush all day about the beautiful layout and lighting in the unit, but honestly, I mostly love that everyone I've met in the complex has been so friendly and has a fascinating story! It's a little pocket of paradise in an up and coming neighborhood of Tulsa. As I spend more time, I expect to be dropping more 5 star reviews. Love this place!

Amazing option for business professionals, I work out of town for a good part of the year and management was able to work with me on doing a shorter term. Location is as good as it gets, historic rt66 allows you to experience the vintage quirky vibe that Tulsa is known for. Access to the major highways in minutes, and amazing food within walking distance. Great community and staff

We had a great experience living in the Village Flats! The location is unbeatable, especially for folks with dogs - the adjacent park is perfect for walks. The units themselves are nice and get great light during the day. Any time we had maintenance issues, they were addressed quickly, and the manager (Alyssa) was always helpful and super accommodating. There is never any trouble finding street parking (although my boyfriend loved having a personal garage to keep his vehicle and tool boxes), and we never had problems with excessive noise or any other disturbances. The connect room is great, too...we only wish we would still be in town when Phase 2 opens up!

These apartments are beautiful, and close to the best parts of Tulsa. The Village Flats are very dog friendly too! Having the park steps away makes for convenient exercise and dog walks. I’ve been more than satisfied since I moved in.

Alyssa is wonderful and extremely helpful. She made the process very simple and held my hand through it all. Which I really appreciate because moving is stressful... She helped me find the right unit and price. It is wonderful when a manger is invested in communication and is good at keeping things moving smooth. I really like the place and love the staff.

This neighborhood is such a breathe of fresh air! Relocating back to Tulsa from NYC and having convenience and “city” like features will help with my postpartum of the big city! Alyssa has been great in welcoming and accommodating me upon this transition. Check out the big front yard, Centennial park!

This is an amazing new property close to downtown Tulsa. We had Alyson, from Seattle to Indiana to Oklahoma had some of the best service we have experienced, extremely helpful and friendly! Anyone looking to move to Tulsa who is not looking at this property is missing out. Keep up the good work staff!

We really enjoyed living here. The space was really practical, and it was a great location - near downtown and right next to a beautiful park. Also the staff was so nice, professional, and helpful.
