The customer service at this truck tire service is absolutely top-notch! Tristen went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Friendly, efficient, and truly outstanding. Highly recommend! 👏🌟

Had a coolant leak and Ryder came out to help me. Got coolant put in and figured it was a slower leak and made it back to the shop. After a few headaches him and the rest of the guys got me back on the road. The amount of effort that was put in didn’t go unnoticed. I appreciate everyone who helped out. Thanks guys. This is another example of why I use speedco rather than the other large truck stops.

This is my favorite Speedco shop of all time. I have pulled in here to take care of issues numerous times. Great place to knock out your 10 hour break. They are fast and friendly, and Ryder always takes great care of me. Limp in here, let them take care of your truck, while you get a shower at Love’s and do your 10. I can’t say enough good about them.

Had a blow out on passenger side of tractor changed 2 tires their technician was very fast and efficient and very nice. Matter of fact all the technicians and manager was nice and courteous the reason for the 2 stars is your unreasonable company policy that the drivers have to be out of the truck. I driver team and I was in told I had to get out the truck when I’m in sleeper birth just so Love knows not even a state trooper can get a driver out of sleeper birth it’s against DOT regulations (FMCSA)rule. THAT WHY I PREFER THE TA.

The tire tech called me in to see where the nails went into my tire. The glorified receptionist came out of her air conditioned office to ask me ... "Who are you?" "Where'd you come from? " you can't be in here, he knows better than that." then she takes another driver out to the shop with her...... wonder how my truck is going to get out of the bay if I can't go in there???🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣

Came here for a brake chamber replacement. Signed in and was told to wait for the tire bay to open up. 30min later, it was free. After 2HRS of waiting I walked in to ask what the hold up was...only to find a ghost shop: no one in office nor the bays. The only occupied bay had a heavy hauler that come in for wheel seals. Dude has been in there since morning and only half the job done. Used to love Loves, but now loathe them... Greed and laziness (read maximize hour rates) has crept in.

yesterday I changed the oil on a truck And today I stopped on the side of the road thanks to a mechanic who changed the oil and did not tighten the plug well. they are unprofessional take another service or you will have to climb under the truck and check everything behind them. Now I called them and they blocked my number altogether

THU| May 30. After 5h 50m I am still waiting for service. 9:31 pm. BAD 👎 customer service.

I came with one hole on tire, and they fixed the hole. When they filled up, the tire explosed. I had to pay for a new tire. Slow.

The biggest waste of time!!! Went in to schedule an oil change, and I was told there were 4 trucks in front of me. No problem, I'll wait my turn. 3 hours later I went in to check on a time frame and the new guy said it would probably be tomorrow before they could get to it. He stated that everyone was gone and he couldn't do anything. I cutesy phone call would have been nice. I won't be doing any further business with this place.
