The UPS Store

I had to return to Amazon a product I ordered by mistake. I walked into my local UPS store and told the employee I did not have any means to print the label on my end. He was kind and understanding and printed it for me. Would be happy to use my local UPS store in the future.

I’m used to going to Kohl’s to return Amazon products I went to this UPS store and since I’m a first time customer they obliged and didn’t charge me for the return and informed me to come in and keep the box it came in or bag to make it easier return and I would recommend this sore. They were honest and worth going to for any shipping needs

Alyssa was so helpful at the Bensalem UPS location. I appreciate when an associate goes out of their way to help especially when I came in unprepared to send back my return! Thanks UPS and Alyssa.

I just had an exceptional experience with Pranay. We had something very important that we needed to send out and he went above and beyond to make sure it happened. He also provided me a lot of the other information that I normally need to ask for without me even needing to ask. Thanks so much for making this so easy for me to Pranay. You guys rock!

That was the best service I’ve ever received at a UPS Store! The young lady in the store this morning is running the whole place alone. She was extremely busy, but was kind, professional, helpful and provided the kind of customer service that you can’t get from most places. I hope that UPS takes note of her because she is the type of employee that creates loyal customers! She even carried my huge package to the car for me after helping me while taking calls and immediately after helping a bunch of other customers. She is the type of employee that companies need to pay well to keep. I hope that she is rewarded for her excellence and generosity of spirit!
