Americas Best Value Inn Rome

In my experience americas best never disappoints, I was so glad to find one on this road trip. Very friendly, even complimentary soda on Che king in!! accommodating......rooms was fresh and clean, parking lot was clean , felt safe. Thanks americas best.

Wish I could give it more stars!!! 🤩 After lamenting about where to stay last minute in Rome, GA on a Friday night - we decided to try this place because of it's location (near GHC), and the fact that it's literally just a few steps away from a nice, clean, and safe 24-hr Circle K gas station....but Wow! We were thoroughly impressed with the service, hospitality, niceness, cleanliness, and even the PRICE of this place! A fantastic choice for anyone looking for this combination in a hotel, and Mike just made our night with his hospitable demeanor! DEFINITELY a future booking for us whenever we're in the area (which is quite often)!

Very nice service! Because of the whole covid deal he took our temps but when he realized we have 4 small children he made sure to come spray everything in our room with disinfectant and all his reason was because he loves babies! The room is very clean and since we have so many children he made sure to give us extra towels and disinfected them as well! It's the thought and effort he made that made it worth while the price was also wonderful being it's a holiday weekend! we will definitely be back! Very pleased!

I have been to several hotels around the same price range, and this is by far the cleanest and most courteous of them. Definitely not a roach motel. They are slowing renovating and painting the place as well so I expect even better in the future. Great place for the cost.

I stay here often when I’m in town working. First place I found around here with very clean rooms and great pricing. Good safe area. Easy truck parking. It’s right off hwy 27 and 411. Very friendly front desk.

Was moving from Florida to Oregon with our 4 dogs and 3 cats. Not an easy time to find a place that will accommodate us. However, the gentleman we spoke with was understanding, kind, and easy to work with. We found the rooms to be clean and comfortable. And the location was very convenient. All around, we were very happy.

I’ve travel often and have stayed in resorts and hotels around the world. This far exceeded my expectations and was a great stay. The staff was exceptional! Mike is absolutely the best ambassador for Georgia and gave excellent advice for food driving etc. The hotel is very clean and they anticipated my families needs without even asking. We are planning to come back again next year for this tennis tournament even though we have a closer site in Michigan

Great service and the room was excellent. The owners were very nice and gave great info on things in the area to do and map. Highly recommend this place if you are in the area and a convenience store next door for more snacks and coffee. Great places to eat at in Rome Georgia as well. Especially down town. Great are to visit.

The guy at the front desk was AMAZING! went above and beyond to make sure our stay was great! Was in town all week for work and was very comfortable here..very quiet location and very clean rooms! And the beds are very comfortable!!

I arrived at 1am with a sleeping child, the manager not only upgraded my room free of charge to a 2 bed room, but also hurried to open the door to my room when he saw me carrying my son in. Above and beyond service, comfy beds, a mini fridge, complimentary coffee in the morning, reasonable prices, this place was a welcome rest during a long cross country trip.

In the morning while checking out my fiancée was offered a a fancy protein shake because another customer had run off with the entire basket of fruit they had laid out in the lobby. Just incredibly nice people all around.

Good place to stay. The rooms are clean and well appointed. The bath room is up to date. The beds were comfortable. The managers are very nice and accommodating. The location is in a convenient south side location.

It's small, and it's older. However, my room was spotless, the bed was comfortable, and it was very quiet. The staff was extremely friendly.

Owners are very friendly! Really clean rooms and comfortable beds. They even have an on-site washer and dryer at low cost.

If your looking for fancy then this isn't for you. However the staff was very friendly & helpful, and the room was very clean & comfortable. I recommend this hotel if you are looking for a reasonably priced hotel that is friendly and clean.

Pleasantly surprised at the renovations. My room was gorgeous and very clean. Owner was very nice and personable.
